Estrella BCN hat die falsche bzw. minderwertige Ware geliefert. Die Rücksendung nachweislich falsch gelieferter Artikel muss man selbst bezahlen - aber man muss es nach China senden. Auf der Website wird an keiner Stelle darauf hingewiesen, es gibt nur eine Adresse aus den Niederlanden. Fake! Die chinesische Adresse erfährt man erst, wenn man über das Kontaktformular die Rücksendung anfragt. Die Versandkosten stehen in keiner Relation zum Warenwert und darauf, dass man eine Falschlieferung bekommen hat, wird nicht eingegangen. Nicht dort bestellen!

Ich habe bei Estrella Lingerie bestellt, die Ware jedoch nie erhalten. Laut Sendungsverfolgung der niederländischen Post soll das Paket angeblich auf meinen Wunsch an eine andere Adresse umgeleitet worden sein – was absolut nicht stimmt!!! Weder habe ich den Verkäufer noch die Post jemals darum gebeten! Für mich wirkt das Ganze sehr unseriös und betrügerisch.

Ich habe den Fall sofort PayPal gemeldet und eine Rückerstattung gefordert. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich nur dringend davon abraten, hier etwas zu bestellen.

I purchased a hoodie from this website, and immediately after the website took my payment, my bank called me with a fraud alert, but I figured that the product is from China so it’s not a big deal. The hoodie took a very long time to show up. When I received the actual package, the quality of the hoodie was terrible. What I’ve been advertised on the website was a hoodie, with patches, sewn onto it. And the hoodie itself was made up of two different fabrics that looked like they were sewn together. What I received was the cheapest material, screen printed image. So I emailed customer service and they have legitimately been so rude. It started with “hey, I’d like to return my order” to which they replied “please provide a picture for proof of purchase” so I took a picture of my hoodie and sent it to them. They responded with “there seems to be nothing wrong with your item, please keep it” to which I replied “no thank you I’d like to return it, I need a refund.”. They replied “please keep your item”. So I sent them a detailed description of the item that I got versus what was advertised on their website . They haven’t responded but I’m sure it will be the same thing. Please never buy from this website. It’s a total scam.

ESTAFADORES !!!!“HP”!!!! Después de pagaré envían un correo con mi pedido y nunca mas sabes de ellos miras en el banco y el cobro que te hacen va a una cuenta de BRASIL y se supone que la tienda está en Madrid, he puesto una denuncia . No compren nada en tiendadeestrellas.es

Es una estafa, hice un pedido el día 19 de noviembre, me llega un correo de confirmación de pedido. El día 23 noviembre me mandan un correo diciéndome que el pedido se ha enviado y hoy día 1 de diciembre me llega un correo de cancelación del pedido. Escribo un correo a una dirección que pone para resolver preguntas y me llega otro correo que no se puede entregar. Respondo al correo de la cancelación del pedido y me llega otro correo exactamente igual que no se puede entregar.
Y el reintegro de la compra sin hacer.
Estafadores.

He hecho un pedido que nunca me ha llegado y ahora me han cancelado el pedido y el mail que ponen de referencia NO EXISTE. Es una estafa en toda regla.
Yo personalmente voy a poner una denuncia en la policía.

Edito la valoracion puesto que despues de 20 dias desde la reclamacion y con denuncia interpuesta de por medio y reclamación al banco,me han devuelto ellos mismos el dinero ,los de estrellamerch
Porque no puedo valorar si no pongo al menos1 estrella sino pondria ESTAFA directamente
Compre 2 sudaderas hace 15 días, mandan 1 correo de recibido el pedido ,a las 4 dias de se ha enviado el pedido
Miro pasada ya una semana de que saliera el pedido y no se mueve situacion de envio
Entro hoy y que casualidad la pagina no existe ,el dominio de correo tampoco y se han embolsado 45 euros mas todas las sudaderas que hayan estafado
Entro a mirar valoraciones y a todos os ha pasado lo mismo
Yo he hablado con mi banco y esta tarde ire a denunciar a la policia nacional y con la denuncia reclamar en el banco
Supongo que por el pago de tarjeta se les localizara a estos sinverguenzas

No pongo cero estrellas no se puede...lo que mas me jode es ver a mi hija decepcionada, tenia mucha ilusión con la sudadera...Son unos estafadores y espero que encuentren su merecido. A lo tonto con tanta gente os llevais una pasta de niñas que hacen la compra con toda la ilusión. SINVERGÜENZAS

Hicimos un pedido (#1320) el pasado 21 de octubre y aún no lo hemos recibido. Ni contestan a los emails, ni nada. Una vergüenza y desde luego vamos a poner denuncia en consumo.

Estafa!!!!no llega el pedido!te mandan un email cuando pagas con tu número de pedido como si todo fuera real,correos y después de 2 o 3 semanas desaparece la página y el correo también.
Encima pague por envío express y 2 camisetas 44eur.Ladrones!

Es un fraude, no llega el pedido, la página desaparece tras la compra, no hay forma de contactarles dado que su “correo de contacto” desaparece al igual que el presunto numero de seguimiento en una página web falsa que también desaparece

This company is currently doing business as (dba) Lookyno. I googled them and nothing concerning came up, so I made a purchase. The website looked legit aside from grammatical errors. The charge on my credit card is coming through as Bin Estrella GMBH. I googled that and found this page. I was duped. Now, I'm sure the shoes won't arrive.

Total scam I just checked my tracking and it said it was delivered to my courtyard/mailbox. Nothing is out there. I am beyond pissed and I’m mad at myself too.

This company is a scam I have been tracking my parcel since I order it only for me to check yesterday and they said delivered which I never received anything they don’t respond to email

I would like to report this website (dlepal !!!) to be scammers. There are spelling mistakes on the website, they did marketing on instagram - and my package has been there for 4 months almost. They never give a tracking number, they said I would get money back if it didn't arrive but then never got the money and sudden they keep telling me to wait. Always giving the same answer.

Please put it online so nobody will have my problem

Ware nie gesendet, Betrug

This company is a total scam! ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS Google the company name or product before sending $$$. My bad, my lesson. In Jan. 2023, paid $25 for a "mini-bottle collectable" thing. Never saw it. Emailed them for info. They apologized. Said they would send the order. Never received it, never heard from them again. NOW THEIR STORE IS "CLOSED"!
