I ordered some shoes March 23, I have sent six emails asking for status of my order. I get no response. Now the email address is not connected. This is a scam operation where other countries are just stealing our money. Facebook why don’t you shut down the adds unless it’s so profitable to you.

I ordered some stuff from this company never received them, it is saying delivered from March 30.i tried to email them over and over no answer so I realized it's a big SCAM

I ordered my stuff almost a month ago still have not received. It cannot even find a phone number to call this company.

Bin Estrella GmbH company is a scam network. They additionally own vincivic.com - an "online clothing store" with absurdly cheap prices and packages often not delivered. Likely getting their merchandise from sweatshops. AVOID

Ich habe über den Online-Shop rheineule.de (Name der Firma: Bin Estrella GmbH) einen kabellosen Handstaubsauger für Autos bestellt und auch aus China geliefert bekommen. Nur hat das gelieferte Gerät auch nicht im Geringsten etwas mit dem im Produktvideo beworbenen Handstaubsauger zu tun. Die gelieferte Ware taugt nicht einmal als Spielzeug, es ist totaler Schrott, was auch die vielen negativen Bewertungen und Beschwerden im Internet bezeugen. Problem ist: Auf der genannten Shopseite befindet sich kein ordnungsgemäßes Impressum, keine Rücksendeadresse und unter der einzig veröffentlichten Support-Mailadresse, unter der ich eine Retourenadresse und einen Retourenschein angefordert hätte, meldet sich niemand. Auf meinen Antrag auf Rückerstattung des gesamten Kaufpreises unter dieser E-Mail-Adresse erfolgt ebenfalls keine Reaktion!

The full name of the 'Shell Company' is BIN ESTRELLA.. They are apparently based in Germany but have dozens of affiliated websites under their 'Umbrella'... All advertising quality items at giveaway prices!.. (Most of them even have the same 'Word-for-word' reviews!) 🙄 More fool me for not trusting in the phrase "If it looks too good to be true, it probably IS"!!.. Please do not send any of your hard earned money because you will NEVER get it back... (You would think that there would have been enough complaints by now for facebook to remove all these SCAM websites from these thieving Ba64ards!!!.) 😡😡😡😡😡

Since well before Xmas 2022, the head adverts on the Youtube banner have all been blatant scams. How can YouTube not have to face legal consequences for sharing in the profits from these thefts?

I made an order on Feb 12th. I’ve been tracking it since then and today it says it has been delivered. I was home all day and nothing was delivered to my place. The customer support email is not a valid email address. I guess I’m out that money! The company original name was Shienfashion. Not the same as Shein! My mistake for not checking better..

No star's I'm on a fixed income and thought I was getting a good deal I've used discounted sights before and never never been done like this I'll be checking closer next time.. I got it on my Facebook won't be doing that again.... I've texted them of course no response. No phone number. I look up there store number and got this it's not even the company I ordered from... Please everyone check them before ordering from them... I'm going back to my other company only.... I'm done with everyone else....

The tracking number of my order was for a different order (and Client). After checking the tracking history that order was delivered to other person than me. Requesting several times for information about my order without any response.
Scammers, no doubt!
