This company has really helped me with exchanging my currencies. Very fast and efficient and I would definitely recommend them. Has dealings with a gentleman called Lewis who was very professional.

I have expanded recently into the European market and was faced with difficulties paying my overseas invoices. I was recommended estuary though a friend and found them great from start to finish with their personal touch and great exchange rates.

Estuary made the process of exchanging money for our retirement home in Spain incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the very first conversation, their team took the time to understand our plans and explained everything in clear, simple terms.

Their sales strategy is very odd. We had a guy call and be very condescending and rude in an attempt to seem like he'd previously spoken to someone 'more important' than me and already had some kind of agreement? Since there are only 4 people in our business, it's safe to say I knew he was lying. Very rude and giving the company an awful reputation

Received a cold call from their number. Salesman had a stinking attitude when I told him we weren't interested.

"How can you say you're not interested when you don't know what I'm offering?"

Because we get calls from sales wangs like you every day and you've all got the same technique. That's why!

If you're cold calling me, don't be rude when you get turned down. If you can't handle rejection then surely you're in the wrong job?

Such a professional company, especially when it comes to making trades. I had to make a urgent trade at 7PM to my supplier, I called Bayley and he made the trade for me, I have worked with 2 brokers in the past and nothing can compete with Estuary's exchange rates, professionalism and service.
