A far superior service from what we were previously receiving from another company. Jaycob was fantastic at explaining how everything works and the setup was so quick. The online platform is very easy to use and as long as your bank don't hold payments, which they only do the first time we found, then transfers are much quicker and better rates than we were getting before. thanks to the MSB team.

Although the initial on boarding was a little slower than expected, once set up it's been very simple. I use the online portal to get me quotes and its very easy to use. Instant quotes and often saving us on average £30 a trade compared to other FX suppliers. Both Connor and Sam are helpful with any queries and get things sorted in the timescales advised.
