Accountants are inconsistent and all have a different story in regards to claims. Your return starts off so high and drop 1000percent by the end due to poor knowledge. Better out there

Hi Jenks,
We're sorry to hear about your experience this year - inconsistency in the advice you received is something we take very seriously, and we completely understand why that would be frustrating.
We escalated your file to one of our senior accountants as soon as we received your review, and we understand one of our team leaders was able to speak with you directly. We're sorry we weren't able to reach a resolution, as we would have loved the chance to make it right.
We take your feedback seriously and we'll be reviewing this internally to ensure our quality controls are strengthened and to avoid this happening again.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and wish you the very best moving forward.
Kind regards,
Etax Accountants

I have been using Etax for years!
I have been using Etax for years now, and according to my experience, I believe it is the most efficient and trustworthy service I've ever used. I don't need to leave home; I can do it easily from my computer or my smartphone, and an agent is always ready to answer any questions or help me out. However, in the end, it is not even that expensive. I cannot ask for better!
