Etax  Avis

It is easy to use and fast allocate any problem and discuss with the customer.

eTAX have done my tax Returns for over 20 years and proved that I needed tax advice at every turn when it comes to filing my return, I do have the capability of doing it myself directly ( my son lives with us, and actually worked for an ATO agency directly providing a helpline service for the ATO for 2 years), so my Son files his own return directly, but he did state that due to myself be being on a DSP (Disability Pension), there could be some deductions that I might be entitled too, that he might not be aware of due to my DSP status is not typical, so use a Tax Agent to ensure that I am claiming for every possible element, best use a tax agent.

I have not always been under DSP tax status, this was a change to my return changed when I became Totally and Permanently Disabled a matter of years ago.

Been with Etax for many years and they are excellent. There online lodgement platform is super easy to use and they are always prompt with getting it lodged for you and always with the best return possible. I also had the pleasure of speaking with there help department over the phone recently and the service was friendly and efficient. Thanks guys!

Etax once again did an excellent job with my tax return. They made the whole process very quick and easy and were super helpful in helping me to gain the best results possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I’ve used E Tax now for years and it couldn’t be more simple or streamlined.
Service has always been great.

I've been using Etax for my tax returns for 9 years and have always had a great experience. Their website makes it easy to upload documents and invoices, and the system suggests deductions relevant to your job, which is very helpful. Processing is fast, communication is clear, and they make returning each year even easier by carrying forward information from previous returns and keeping a record of past claims. Highly recommended for a simple and stress-free tax return experience.

I have been using Etax for years and never had a bad experience, the etax application is flawless. Easy to use and the team are not typical 9 to 5 bumkins, they work around the clock.

This is a straightforward and no hassle way to complete your tax return when your tax return is small and uncomplicated. I have used Etax for the best part of 15 years and found this years return easier than last years to complete with returns within 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend Etax and very satisfied with fees and services.

I’ve been to a few in-person accountants over the years and no one does it quite like Etax! They are quick, reliable and efficient, and they do their best to ensure I get the best refund possible. I prefer to do most of my finances online so when I found out about this service I had to give them a try, and I don’t have any regrets! Would definitely recommend.

Step by step easy to follow process. Have used Etax before and my family does too.

I was able to message and had immediate replies to my questions

I use Etax every year and I’ve always had a great experience. Most years they’re able to increase my refund which makes it even more worth the small investment. I have a few things that make doing my tax a bit tricky on my own, so I really trust these guys to do the right thing by me as a customer. I recommend them to anyone who needs a bit of help at tax time.

I have found it pretty seamless doing my tax with Etax. They send you a reminder email throughout the year which I then load all my receipts on there ready for tax next year. If I have questions or don’t understand things they clarify with a registered accountant who usually gets back to you within 24 hours.

Easy to fill out form. Emails for mistakes and omission sorted very quickly on a Sunday. Return sorted and lodged quick
