More than I could have imagined

I loved the email updates, even when there were not major milestones. I never once felt like I was wondering what was happening with my moms ashes. Through this entire process, my moms ashes were treated with care and love, she was a person to everyone on the team.

Eterneva Gifts Us Our Most Treasured Family Heirloom!

Our family has always considered our pets as family members. When I came across Eterneva, I knew it was the perfect gift for my Mother. Throughout the entire process they kept her updated and ensure every step was to her exact liking and expectation. The final product cannot be described in words...all I can say is that it was worth the wait, worth the money, and I cannot thank them enough for this special family heirloom!

I absolutely love my “Grama”!

I absolutely love my “grams”, as a red ruby colored .49 size diamond. The whole Eterneva process is so personalized. They really get to know your family member through questions, pictures, phone calls, and a questionnaire. They sent periodic videos once a step is complete. They always reach out to check if you have questions. They are all very nice. I would say I am 95% satisfied. The only process I did not like was the designer reaching out to ask me to purchase jewelry to set my grandma’s diamond in. I have nicely declined and they asked me I think two times after and then respected that. I am so excited to have this family heirloom that can we passed down, and added to, as I go through life’s journey. I think this company is the most communicative I could have asked for. And nice. I would def. Use them again.

I would this company 10 stars if…I could they way they treat the process is so nice

I would give this company 10 stars if available. They were so understanding and compassionate towards how I was feeling about the process.. they gave a step by step videos and emails the whole why through.. the homecoming box was beautifully done. They treated Danny's ashes with respect.. I am so glad I did the the diamond through them. Danny's final wish is flawless

Eterneva created a happy memory.

They kept me informed through the whole process, even with videos. It was reassuring knowing that my beloved was being cared for with compassion and respect. I chose the blue diamond, and couldn't be happier. The finished diamond's color matched my late husband's eyes. Now every time I look at it, I feel like I'm looking into his eyes once more. They turned my grief into a happy memory I will always treasure.

Wonderful customer service

Unfortunately, my first diamond fell out of the setting. I had used an independent jewler in my area. The care and support you offered with replacing my diamond was outstanding. Liz went the extra mile to gather information with replacement costs. I had a wonderful homecoming with the help of Liz and your team as well. Extra effort on your part made it possible for Ian's diamond to arrive to me on his birthday. That was truly a bright spot in in a difficult day. Thank you to you all!

Eterneva is the most unique company I have ever seen.
They are very caring and kind while providing you with a sense of comfort that I have never experienced before.
