A wonderful experience!

I first learned about Eterneva from Lap of Love (who are also amazing) after having to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize my first dog — my first dog. It was one of the most difficult moments of my life. I had no idea a service like this even existed, but when I discovered Eterneva, I knew it was the perfect way to honor his memory and keep him with me always.

From the very beginning, the team at Eterneva was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and supportive. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, and I truly appreciated the transparency — there were no surprises, just compassion and care. I loved the personalized video included in my original kit, but my absolute favorite part was the video call with my design representative. Together, we designed a simple, elegant necklace I can wear every day.

The finished piece is stunning. I get so many compliments on it, and people are always shocked when I share that it was made from my dog’s ashes. It’s such a meaningful conversation starter and a constant reminder of the bond we shared.

I am beyond grateful to Eterneva for turning my grief into something beautiful and lasting. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly special way to remember a beloved pet or loved one.

Caring and Understanding...

I really love the way Eterneva makes a real effort to get to know my loved one and our family needs. I have been terrible at replying to their e-mails because all this is so hard for me, but the team is really patient and understanding. I have never felt them be pushy or impatient. I love how they send me videos of the different processes. I just watch, cry, and tell myself that this was a good choice. Thank you @Eterneva for having such a great team.

Moving forward with love

Since my husband passed last December my experience with this process ( which is still ongoing) is limited. So far I’ve been pleased with the updates regarding the process along with the videos. I am impressed with the care that is shown throughout this process and look forward to having a small piece of my husband with me.

Great team!

I'm so glad I did this…

The whole process from day one felt special. I cry every time I get an update but it also feels so special. I know it wasn't cheap, but to me it has been worth every penny. The team at Eterneva has been so kind and understanding of the pain I have felt since losing my dog and best friend of 15 years. They've even called to check in on me!
