Totally great experience

Totally great experience! Everyone is really nice and they tell you everything that happens every step of the way. They sent a video of my diamond going to the final stage. So kind. So sweet and they answer questions quickly.

The Eternva staff is wonderful!

Loss is not easy, and the staff at Eternva has provided my sisters and I such care and support in each step of the process so far.
The staff at each process has been so wonderful to work with, and they truly do love what they do!

Amazing experience

From the beginning the staff at Eterneva were amazing. They took the time to learn about my mom as a person. They kept me informed about her progress. Sent pictures and videos of the process. From day one they said it would take 1 year to complete and moms diamond was delivered on her 1 year anniversary of her death. The diamond is gorgeous. I'm so happy to be able to have my mom with me all the time.

From ashes to a sparkly Diamond

After losing someone incredibly special to me, I wanted to find a way to keep their memory close in a meaningful, lasting way. I discovered Eterneva, and their idea of turning ashes into a diamond instantly felt right — something beautiful born out of grief.

From the very beginning, their team was warm, compassionate, and genuine. They didn’t treat this as a transaction — it was a journey we took together. I received regular updates, photos, and even videos showing each step, which made me feel connected to the process. Every email felt personal.

The process does take time (several months in my case), but that actually made it more special. It gave me something hopeful to look forward to during a difficult period. When the diamond finally arrived, it was absolutely stunning — elegant, brilliant, and full of meaning.

If you’re considering doing this, know that it’s not just about the jewelry — it’s about healing, connection, and having a tangible way to honor someone you love. Eterneva made something priceless out of my loss, and I’ll be forever grateful.
