My order came pretty quick and the product was a good standard. Only part I’d say needs improvement is updates on the whereabouts of your delivery

Good Quality Rose Teddy
The 40cm teddy I bought was of good quality and looks fantastic. It comes in a nice box with a ribbon. Delivery was prompt soo no complaints from me.

Birthday Present causes fascination
Birthday present for my 93yo mother who cannot lift or arrange flowers in a vase any longer. Eternity Roses now give her the gift of fresh roses on her mantelpiece for 12 months. She tells me they are delightful and everyone who visits is totally fascinated that they are still alive and looking beautiful. The delivery via UK mail was quick and the postie even carried the flowers indoors for her to his amusement as she thought they'd be heavy but they're very light in weight.

Very unimpressed and disappointed
Unimpressed with the quality of these. They've just arrived and I'm really unhappy with them. There seems to be like dust around the outer petals and they look almost like silk roses rather than genuine roses. I wish I had ordered elsewhere as I think they look awful and not worth £30 let alone the full value price of them.

Extremely fast shipping.
The roses arrived looking beautiful and my mum loved them. The only reason I have removed a star is because there was no information about the roses and how to care for them. Luckily I spoke to my mum before she started messing with them and trying to water them. She thought they were regular roses. It would be useful to have a care card in the delivery box. Also, I know personalised message in a bottle is offered, but it would be great to add a gift tag like ordinary bouquets have to recipients know who it is from.

Greatly presented
Arrived in a timely manner and was really well presented. Some minor care and storage instructions would have been a welcome addition but still an amazing gift and couldn't fault the service.
