My order came pretty quick and the product was a good standard. Only part I’d say needs improvement is updates on the whereabouts of your delivery

Amazing service
I made a mistake and sent my item to the wrong address and the item was not delivered. Sarah was diligent in an attempt to resolve the situation in time for Valentines day. The item was returned by Royal Mail today(Valentines day) and she went above and beyond to ensure I could collect it. Fantastic service and the rose from the Belle collection is simply stunning. 5 star service and quality.

Amazing quality products and service. Such a good gift idea for any occasion and I’m so glad I found this brand. The prices aren’t extortionate like some similar brands and I feel like the quality is better so.
