It was easy to make the purchase, if slightly convoluted because of the need for the purchase to be approved.

I am trying to invest from France. This seems to create difficulties with their poor IT system - looks polished, performs badly.
Firstly I had to provide extra proof of address but failed to gain a response until I complained.
Then I tried to invest. I tried five times using 3 bank accounts. Each time the same issue - approve the expenditure in the app then the investment fails.
Rather annoyed to read a response from an Ethex employee stating that I could not have tried to invest as my attempts ‘left no marker.’ I have since sent a screen shot showing their error message.
