Eurocell plc - Aldridge Avis 

Only used them a handful of times but always excellent with perfect customer service

Great people. Easy to talk to. Know what they are on about. Website simple to use. Gives you prompts to other products you may need just in case you might forget something. Aldridge is a great branch, lots of parking.

Ordered composite fencing online. Then was told it would take 2wks to arrive instead of 3/5 days as advertised. Did not say out of stock when ordering. Product itself was as expected. The day of delivery said it would be a am delivered. Waited all morning. Then rang said will be within the nxt hour. Waited again but no delivery. Rang again said the depot had given my order to someone else by mistake. Wasted my whole day waiting for them. Was eventually delivered the nxt day. It is not just the product you order but the overall experience you get when ordering a item. Not once I got a apology for their mistake. I would not buy again after this experience.

Excellent and quick service. The man in the shop was great. And very helpful when I went in on 26/03/26 at around 13:30 ish.

Ordered on line for collection then had a phone approx 20 minutes later to confirm my item was ready. At the store the process was quick and the staff polite and friendly. Good customer service.

I think Eurocell is very good because they supply excellent products at very good prices

Aaron and the guys were really helpful guiding me in what to buy and recommended in its use, such that I have been able to build two brilliant projects. Bin surround and battery protection. Can’t thank Aaron enough for his guidance and help.

This is the 4th time ive bought materials from eurocel. Everytime has been a spot-on experience, from the delivery drivers politeness, to the excellent customer service. I made an error with my delivery on this occasion, NOTHING was too much trouble for this company. I would have no hesitation whatsoever, in recomending eurocell and its Bangor North Wales [ Sean ] branch to anyone. Brilliant people to deal with !

Honestly can not recommend the Aldridge store enough! From the customer service in store to the customer service from the driver is second to none. Steve in store is absolutely brilliant and H the driver is amazing. Definitely use this store again!

Service here is 1st class, Aaron has the codes in the PC before I've even verbally finished ordering them, even spots when it looks like I've forgotten something and offers to include them which essentially saves me a journey back. It's a service I would like to see in all eurocell branches but until then I'll keep using Aldridge

Great communication after the order was made relating to it being delivered and great communication on the day of delivery from the delivery driver. Very happy and would definitely use Eurocell again.

Ordered Saturday and said all in stock, went to branch on Monday to be told, no not in stock will be 2-3 weeks. Still says in stock now! wont move stock from other stores. Was happy to take 800 pound straight away. Lady on phone at head office was very nice.
