Had a phone call saying it will be with you in 8 days even I needed the item next two days
8 days finished
I had another phone call saying your order will be with you in 10 days asked for my money back so I can find the item somewhere else
Ok no problem you’re money will be in two days time
I used the item before and needed the same to finish builders waiting can not use another kind unless I demolish

Is this a good service

I’ve up graded my review due to the fact Sharon the manager has actually been trying to contact me since Wednesday. It remains lower due to the fact the day I placed the order I was told it would be here on Tuesday. That’s 6 days later than originally informed.

Hassle free and straight forward. Website really easy to use, very reasonable prices, really quick collection time and a courtesy call to let me know my item was ready to collect. Would definitely use this company again.

Easy to order online but what that fails to tell you is that for my order the stock wasn’t in store it had to be ordered in which took a little longer for it to be delivered it was lucky we were ordering in advance of work being carried out on our home so the delay wasn’t a problem for us but if your ordering big quantities I’d ring them first to see what stock they’ve got before you order it didn’t take more than a week for all our order to be delivered and the delivery guys were very helpful when delivering our order and where we asked them to put it all.
Even though you may pay higher prices in some circumstances for you items the quality of the goods we bought was very good solid and not flimsy so it’s worth going to Eurocell in our opinion

I visited the Bolton branch and enquired about the cost of Eco-fencing, Sharon, the lady behind the desk who served us, was extremely friendly and her knowledge base was fantastic.
Sharon explained the sizes of the fences and the costs involved.

We ordered the fences on Tuesday 11th March, and Sharon explained that we were likely to receive them the week after!

To our surprise, Sharon called us today (just two days later) to advise that they had arrived. We’ve just taken receipt of them and they’re already placed in the garden!
The fences are great quality!

Fantastic customet service. I received a call first thing in the morning dater after ordering that my order was ready to collect. The lady at the reception was very nice to hand over the order to me.
