Just had delivery from Cheltenham store I’m a 67yr women here on my own asked chap if could guide in to house so could close front door . Unbelievable his reply was no not insured to go further than 6ft from van !!!! I can’t come in house incase I knock your porcelain over then laughed Left 3/4 sticking out on drive !!! Unbelievable have it all on ring camera
