Eurocell plc - Doncaster Avis 45

Not a good experience at all! I wanted some windowsills, but I wanted to see the different colors and decide. The guy promised me he will get samples and ring me back, it never happened. I ordered them online, they should have arrived in up to a week, a week after I rang and no one answered, then they sent me from one to another, but eventually I have been told they will arrive in about 3 weeks. I said well, now I ordered one each color to decide, do I have to wait another month when I will return the colors that I don't like and order more of the one I like? They said yes, and you have to pay 15% of the value as return fee. Then I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and bought them from a different supplier, hassle free.

Was given a day when my delivery was coming and told I would get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. No call no delivery. Waisted day wai6. Contacted Doncaster branch the next day to be told running late so didn't get delivered . I asked why he didn't contact me beforehand to let me know. He said they were short staffed NOT MY PROBLEM, they guy said if I had a complaint to contact head office so I did who did manage to get something sorted. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE in branch.

I had ordered the wrong end caps for my windowboard but the delivery driver spotted my error and brought the correct ones. 👍

I think Eurocell is very good because they have a good range of quality products

Was given this companies name by our kitchen fitter said he had used them himself many times and could do the bits that we needed. We weren’t disappointed Jamie and Andy ( who was training ) helped us with everything that we needed Andy apologised for being a bit slow no problems for us everyone has to start somewhere. Would use this company again. Can get most things that you want.

Great website with easy ordering, excellent communications when the order was ready. On arrival for collection the staff were efficient and the goods ready with a friendly smile, highly recommended company.

Just too painful to deal with. Local store useless on line a bit better but you end up with local store. Must have big book of excuses. Including you didn’t buy that from here when wanted some more despite receipt and labelling from product. Just easier to use another branch who were everything local clowns weren’t - helpful professional knowledgeable

Whilst quick & easy to place order (online only), wasn't that easy to speak to anyone about technical detail clarification, without going to the depot. Therefore lack of personal contact cast doubts why. However, decided to trust to luck & ordered anyway.

Item arrived a week late then only received in part. Was informed rest would be delivered next day this was 6 days ago and still waiting!

I have contacted them on phone occasions to receive no update and informed will be contacted but never have been.
