Eurocell plc - Falkirk Avis 15

Wanted to upgrade my patio with nice fencing. Saw eurocell website. I visited the store in Falkirk for help.I felt very confident I had chosen exactly what I needed thanks to the staff. Very helpful friendly and no question went unanswered. Totally confident now for my next project I ordered online. Previous delivery was as I requested and I was delighted with the Falkirk staff member who delivered it. Great service

Falkirk branch. David was an absolute legend and super friendly and full of advice - super busy but took the time to advise me on decking, made sure I had everything I needed (I thought I had considered everything but had missed one specific type of clip). Was able to get everything sorted on the visit and arranged delivery. Seemed to really care and was concerned for safety on items I wanted to take in my vehicle. Highly recommend speaking to David, definitely knows his products. Product seems good quality, reasonable price and often in stock if I need another single piece. Thanks!

Falkirk branch. Always helpful. Staff member recommended a glue they have. Much better than nomorenails that I've been buying for years and I also won £100 in the glues competitiion. Bonus. :) One small issue was, I asked for a price on a door but the email didn't go through. I think due to security as I put an attachement of what I was looking for. System issues. Not the staff.

The manager, Mr Iain Matthews, was very informative from the initial enquiry to the end result.

The builder, David Mc Camon, who Iain recommended was someone that has been evolved with this type of product many times and did a very good job, with taking off the old roof, putting the new roof on within a day, which was watertight and preparing for the next process.

The electrical work was done to a high standard with 6× low running-cost LED downlighters with dimmer switch.
Plastering was again done to a very high standard with very little mess.
All the old roof and waste was taken away by a recycling company at the end of the job.

The replacement equinox roof was installed, electrical work,plastering and tidy up was completed within a week and again, a premium, high quality first class job.

My wife and I did our homework as we looked at other replacement conservatory roof system but felt the structure and the build quality was definitely the best on the market by far.
