Very good service even though I made a mistake on the length of boards they refunded my money and sent correct size can’t fault that

The collection ordering process was fine. Checked stock and processed swiftly. Only 4 stars because of the amount of paperwork generated! I had an email copy of my order plus 2 A4 paper copies on collection, and the branch had 3 paper copies!! Why so many in this day and age ???

Gloucester branches' customer service is always top notch. Paul, Matt and the team are always so helpful and accommodating. Our prices are very competitive and if we can't make it to Gloucester and the team are further afield - it is always handy to know they can pop in to whatever local branch they can and achieve the same prices.
