Eurocell plc - Maidstone Avis 

Excellent service, ordered in the evening, collected next morning. Staff friendly and helpful.

Ordered some composite fencing on 22 september noting their website states aims to deliver within 2days.

I need this to install on friday 26th so i thought great will definately be with me, nothing on the website or order stated this couldnt be delivered in time.

I had to get in touch with then to find out deliver is at the earliest going to be 30th September

Really dissapointed, thinking of just cancelling the order as a result, would not recomend using this company

Went into eurocell because we had a problem with a leaking roof. Gary and Craig couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us technical advice, ordered a sheet of PVC boarding in for us and were so kind as to drop it off at our door. It’s so rare to find such lovely customer care these days. Big thank you to Craig and Gary.

Great customer service. Took the time to go through my options with me based on my project description.
Helped to suggest ideas and which products would be best suited for my application.

Phoned office to see when my delivery was coming. Ordered on 13th Feb, paid on line. Now it is 19th Feb. No contact from office. I phoned and was told "I will phone you back MATE". Still waiting.

I think Eurocell is very good because products are good value. Service was excellent as Maidstone team kept me informed about delivery and 2 people came to unload with the delivery. Really couldn't have asked for more.

Good quality, reasonable price, plenty of stock and helpful, friendly service.

The people at the Maidstone branch were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond what I thought they needed too. My wife also ended up with some outstanding window cleaner.

Gary at the Maidstone branch has been amazing. Had a couple of issues that were resolved by him immediately.

Very helpful when working out what composite decking I required and the amount that I was looking for. Also delivery was excellent. When I decided the finishing edging trims were required they located them for me and arranged delivery ASAP for me. Would highly recommend Eurocell.

Great service. Brilliant staff extremely friendly. We do a lot of business with the guys in Maidstone. On the rare occasions when they haven't got the stock I require they go above and beyond to get it for me from another branch. Can't fault their service.

I wanted just 2 composite decking boards for a project and although they didn’t have them in stock they had them brought in from a different branch quite quickly. The staff at the Maidstone branch were courteous and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. 10/10

Ordered some items for a job I had booked in, found their website easy found what I needed, excellent price, and delivery was crazy fast. Deffo recommended.

Recently bought soffits and fascias from the Maidstone branch.
I found Phil and his colleagues extremely helpful and I thought they were excellent at going through my drawing with me and making sure that I had exactly what I needed.
I even nearly made a huge error with the width of the soffit which they were very quick to notice and they amended my order to give me wider soffits which I would then need to cut to size.

When I came down to the store to place my order the guys even brought out different samples of the soffit and fascias as well as a number of internal and external caps to show me the quality of materials I was buying and explained expansion gaps to me and did a mock up of how it would all look.

Overall I just thought they were brilliant and I have already recommended Eurocell to family and friends who are looking to change their soffits, fascias and guttering.

The Maidstone branch delivered the items when they said they would and I found them extremely helpful and polite, and then at the end of the job when I had some full lengths of materials left over they even kindly collected those materials for me as I was unable to get bring the 5m lengths back in my car and they even processed my refund the same day.

I’ve really not had an experience like this from a company in a very long time which is why I really wanted to leave this review to reflect the outstanding service I have received at Maidstone.

You are all a huge credit to Eurocell and I would never hesitate to return back to you in the future should I need to change any of my guttering, soffits or fascias on any future property that I may have.
