Got a small porch job for my mother in law. As an old school Joiner, i was going to construct all in timber. Then she asked if could do in plastic. So eurocell came up on Google. Went to 11 Castle Park branch in notts. And glad I visited personally. As Craig the chap who dealt with me was friendly, efficient. He gave great advice on what I would need and how. All brought out to my van. Much better than ordering online or a catalogue. I left very pleased, Craig is a credit to your service Thank-you. 👍

I experienced mixed form of welcome at the Nottingham branch. One person was very helpful and ready to provide advice and support and the other person was ... well, let us say the contrary, to be polite. The fact is that not every customer is in the trade and there are occasions that people require a friendly advice. The lack of knowledge by the customer should not be a reason for your staff to make them feel embarrassed. Every time I entered this branch, I felt very uneasy.

Took 2 weeks to respond to a request for a quote told it would take 24 hours
