​You keep editing your replies to look good, but here are the cold facts you are trying to hide:
​THE SHIPPING LIE: You claim waiving the delivery fee was a "gesture of goodwill." LIARS. Your own website clearly states: "FREE DELIVERY OVER £50". My order was over £120. You didn't "waive" anything – it was already free! You are trying to take credit for something that is your standard policy.
​THE CONFIRMATION LIE: You confirmed a May 1st delivery while you had NO stock. This isn't an "unforeseen delay"; it’s professional negligence. I hired a worker based on your GUARANTEE.
​THE IGNORANCE TACTIC: You are ignoring my emails and blocking communication privately while pretending to be "helpful" here on Trustpilot.
​THE DEBT: I have only received £53.90 because you failed to deliver. I am still out of pocket by £66.10 for the wasted labor costs YOU caused.
​Stop the "Response Team" games and pay the remaining £66.10. Every time you edit your reply with more lies, I will update this review with more evidence. You are misleading customers and I have all the screenshots to prove it.

Eurocell Peterborough confirmed delivery for May 1st using their own transport, knowing they had no stock. This caused me a £120 loss in labor costs. Now they are blocking my emails to avoid taking responsibility. Do not trust their delivery dates!

UPDATE: In response to Eurocell: My order number is 000187695. I have already contacted the regional manager Garry multiple times, but I am being ignored. I am waiting for the remaining £66.10 to cover my labor costs. Please resolve this without further delay.

Response to Eurocell: > Do not call this a 'gesture of goodwill'. You refunded £53.90 because you failed to deliver for 16 days. The issue is NOT the goods; the issue is that your staff guaranteed me a delivery on May 1st, knowing you had no stock.
​I scheduled labor based on YOUR confirmation. Because you provided false information, I lost £120.00. Providing 'estimated dates' is one thing, but lying about stock levels to secure an order is professional negligence. I am still down £66.10 from my own pocket because of your staff's mistake. I will not remove this review until my actual financial loss is covered.

Easy to order, free delivery on orders over £50, just waiting for delivery info. I have used Eurocell numerous times.

Eurocell staff are helpful and friendly. Materials are reasonably priced compared to other suppliers. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered Item online paid and waited two weeks for contact to deliver, as was informed they were getting from warehouse. Upon chasing, would have been nice to be contacted. I was told that the item I had paid for was obsolete, they could send me a larger size at no extra costs, which they did customer service was good but only after I chased. Other than the above everything was easy and smooth.

Never was told when my delivery was being delivered sent multiple emails to ask no reply my materials turned up without me knowing and my client who just happened to be working at home that day had to handle the delivery

Excellent products at a great price, very helpful staff !

Customer service and delivery was good and quick. I asked and i was told that the colour of the fence would not change, however after around 2 weeks the fence was unrecognisable. Another thing, from bird droppings there are marks on the fence that cannot be cleaned off. You can put up protection from birds as soon as you get the fence to prevent this. I will add pictures of the fence from when they were bought and after 2 weeks.

We needed a Studio so I could pot at home. We looked at all types of sheds and Garden rooms and eventually settled on Eurocell Kyube garden room. I thought it gave me the best value for money. Very low maintanance and great insulation so it could be used all year round. A lot of extras were included in the price.
Matthew Riddell salesman came round and went through what I wanted. No hard sell. Got to touch and feel the product. Price and date of build were set. Delivery and build went extremely guickly with out loss of quality. I love it.
