Eurocell we're spot on, my local Sheffield store had stock in and delivered same day which helped me out on a job, excellent service and friendly staff

Visited the Sheffield branch at Newhall…

Visited the Sheffield branch at Newhall and was greeted by a very helpful and friendly young man called Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for me. He made sure that I had everything I needed for the project that I was doing and even offered me some advice to make the project go smoothly. Thank you

Ordered online and given a delivery day…

Ordered online and given a delivery day by branch manager but the items never arrived as they havnt had them in stock for weeks 😡

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of receiving. Paid for some items online to pick up from a Sheffield branch. Drove to the depot and was duly informed that part of my order had been sent out on another delivery. The so-called customer service person had an absolutely lacklustre attitude and genuinely couldn’t care less. I appreciate stock can be limited, however, why did they not phone or message me to let me know the item was no longer available. I then phoned their head office to explain my situation and again received the same response… I can honestly state that I will never use this company again… ironically, the same item was on Amazon and slightly cheaper! Never again you are a disgrace…I wouldn’t even give you a single star if that was possible!!!

Shocking service

I made an order online on the 3rd June… called the store to see if I’d get a confirmation to say my order was in store or if I just went down to collect with the order confirmation, I was advised I wouldn’t receive anything to say it was in store it would just be the confirmation of the order and that I’d just have to pop down to the store. I went down to the store for them to tell me they didn’t have any and orders are normally delivered on Mondays so to go back on the Monday. I rang up on the Monday to ask if there was any in stock to which they said no… they took my name and number and said I’d receive a call when they had them in… few weeks later I still hadn’t had anything so I contacted them again but apparently they still didn’t have any of the product I wanted in stock or that had been delivered, they told me again to wait and they’d contact me. I left it again and had been on holiday etc and still had nothing so again I contacted them to be told that the manager was new and knew nothing about it so he’d look into it for me if I left my name and number again he’d be in touch. Surprise surprise no contact yet again. Again I rang up and was told they didn’t have any and that he was sorry again he’d look into it… I’m now sat here 2 month down the line having ordered and paid for my item with no item… I call again this morning and was told the same information about the manager being new and still no stock of this item! Absolutely shocking service! Never order from this company! I will be demanding a refund tomorrow when the store is open and I will go else where for the product I want and need.

New glass conservatory roof

Intending to purchase a glass conservatory roof using Eurocell system. Visited branch as unsure which glass type to select.Spoke to Graeme Pritchard who took us through the options and explained the different systems with samples and spec details.From our discussion we selected the most appropriate system for us.Graeme was extremely knowledgable and helpful and we left the branch confident and happy with our choice.Thank you for all your help.

Absolute joke of a company who LIE

Absolute joke of a company who lie constantly
I placed an order 17th May, and when I hadnt heard anything called them on the 20th to check for a delivery date (Sheffield)
Was told it would be the following Thursday
I took a day off work and waited, I had also arranged for a tradesperson to be at my house the following day.
Thursday 1.30pm no delivery, called again, was told that it wasnt out for delivery that day but the driver would be back at 2pm and they would get it out.
3.30pm - no delivery ! Rang again was told it would be definitely delivered the next morning between 8.30am-9.00am explained I had someone coming and was assured they would put it on the van themselves.
Next morning 9.05am - no delivery
called again ! was told it was out and would be no more than half an hour - 10.23am still waiting !
My tradeseperson has now gone !!!! Fuming
On top of all the calls I have made they very rarely answer the phone it just rings, I have 44 phone calls on my phone where I have tried to get through
Seemingly the customer service tel number also does the same, says they are too busy to take your call and leave a message, they havent bothered to call back either
AVOID AT ALL COSTS SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND BUY ELSEWHERE
