Eurocell plc - Torquay Avis 15

Dealt with the Torquay branch. Very helpful, placed the order. Informed me that there would be a delay as my order hadn't been put on with the delivery but was delivered the following week. Would recommend. Decking is easy to install and great quality for the price.

Ordered plastic for an upcoming job but received no delivery date after two days. Order was completed online for delivery from newton abbot but I was not told the branch was temporarily closed. This meant my order was going nowhere. Called torquay branch and spoke to a gent called James who immediately got hold of his head office to try and sort it for me. Called a couple hours later and James had sorted the problem and had it all delivered within 5 hours. Perfect customer service.

I ordered on line on Saturday it arrived Monday morning, Driver was really nice and gave good advice on how to fit ( skirting board ) and what adhesives to use.

Great company to deal with, they very friendly and helpful staff. Great product range at very competitive prices.

Ordered online got a phone call an hour later and delivered 3 days later, all good will use them again.

I think Eurocell is very good because product range is extensive, reasonably priced, good Quality, with timely delivery. Also always found the staff helpful. Free delivery for anything over £100.

I have been using Eurocell Torquay recently and have had really good service from there. Matt and the guys were friendly, pleasant and helpful and I just wanted to say Thank You for all your help, it was much appreciated.

As a business we deal mainly with the Torquay branch and some times Newton Abbot.
Over the past couple of years Eurocell have all but secured all of our business and this is mainly due to the staff that work there, Managers to sales staff there is always a person to help. Special thanks to Josh Mackin who always goes over and beyond to help our business moving and growing. Although Eurocell are a national company it always feels like a local business. Regional managers should be proud of the staff they have employed over the years.

As trade customers we regularly use Eurocell Torquay, and have found Josh and his team to be extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile when we ask.
The products are great, and as account holders the billing system is straightforward, customer service is fantastic.
