Great service from the Wickford branch. Provided some good knowledge to help us figure out a problem we were stuck with and dropped the new product off for free whilst also collecting some parts I needed refunding.

Shotgate Wickford branch as always spot on for service, Ten minutes after I placed my online order I got a call to say my order will be delivered that afternoon if that was ok, of course it was.
This branch never fail to impress, absolutely top service.

In respect of the Wickford branch i found Lee and Michael to have been most helpful and with a great attitude. Where necessary they went away, made enquiries and got back to me as promised. Goods all delivered in great time and delivered to place requested. If you have any questions about composite materials this would be an excellent starting point.

Came in on Thursday before the bank holiday and was served by Mick. We originally came in for cladding but I wasn’t in stock but Mick was great at helping us find something else that was suitable and he was really helpful overall.

Easy order process. Received a phone call when item ready and the guy at the collection site couldn't have been more helpful
