Amazing delivery from Hantar, came on time for my site works, nice clean toilet with everything very well kept and stocked.

Delivery was quick and trouble free. Toilet has a small dent in the roof but it was delivered clean and driver was very helpful, placing exactly where we wanted it.

Been using them for years- this time posh estate at St John’s Wood, toilet gets delivered smelly driver says that someone will come to service in a couple of days. Now more than a week has passed! I’m getting tonnes of complaints and after a call I’m hearing that we will be with you Wednesday!!!! You must be joking by then I will trolley your toilet down the road and look for it there! Absolutely useless that’s the second site where you can’t even manage to clean it once a week. Never again !!!! You created a major problem for me and a health hazard so thank you euroloo!

Euro loo called me 3 Times to get my business I rented a loo for my builders and paid one month in advance as requested Euroloo service includes emptying the tank on a weekly basis as explained over the phone when they took the payment The loo was delivered on 7 April and despite several calls and complains they still haven’t come to empty the tank Terrible service

I hired a loo from Euro loo for four weeks. The service started off fine, but the collection process was a mess. I requested an off-hire and received confirmation, but they scheduled pickup a week later. On collection day, they said the loo was full and they should come another day to collect it and someone should on-site to assist with collection.I told them I will be travelling but My builder will be onsite. The following week, they claimed they came for collection (I didn’t receive any notice for that) and no one was there even though my builder team was working on site the whole day. Euro loo then charged my card for a failed collection without my approval. Despite my objections, they refused to listen. At the end it took them three weeks to finally collect the loo.
Very poor communication and customer service. Also be careful with your payment method because they charged me extra without my approval!!

Ordered a site toilet for 6 weeks and they came and emptied just the once. Lucky the toilet was away from the client house as the smell in the summer heat was horrible. They refunded me around £26 after talking to 6 different members of staff. In the end we had to off hire to get rid of it and then they still took a couple of days to pick it up. You would have thought owning a company were you deliver a plastic toilet in a van and empty each one once a week was straightforward enough but obviously not. Apparently in the reply it was cleared four times. You would then be accusing our clients and our workman who was on site 24hrs of lying as you did not empty that toilet four times. We had one visit that was it I would suggest getting honest staff that actually clear the toilet instead of sitting in a lay-by marking them down as emptied. As we use site toilets all year around you are the only ones that lost out as for the refund it was a pittance to the point of told you to keep it as it was more of an insult. Bad service equals bad reviews as much as Euro loos don’t like it it is the reality of our experience a very unprofessional company.

Dont use. Happy to hire out - not attentive in their offhire. Toilet left for 11 days without servicing - still not collected - customer service team keep referring to management to phone back - have been told 'might be collected Friday'. Poorly managed, bad service.

Please avoid Euroloo for construction hire
Weekly service does not include cleaning of the toilet bowl- which isnt very nice in the hot weather after a few months
Additionally in a 6 week period, 3 services were missed due to tanker issues. They count services as weekly eg so if missed on a Friday, they will service it on a Tuesday but then miss the next Friday as its already been done that week. leaving it 10 days, till the next one!
Also takes 48h to arrange an "emergency" service
Only leave 2 toilet rolls- for a toilet recommended for 8 individuals for a week.

We had booked four toilets to arrive on Friday. No show. Almost impossible to contact anyone at Euroloo out of hours. Finally got through via a text message. Toilets promised at 8 - 9 am the next day. No show. Eventually loos turned up ten minutes after our start time of 11 am. Driver had been given the wrong address despite us giving the correct address which was written on invoice. Other than not turning up at all this was about as stressful as it could be. Not Good Enough.

Absolute rubbish service!! you pay for a service and they don’t even bother to come out to service the portaloo every week!! we make so many complaints and they still miss the weekly service. Avoid at all costs!!. 🤬😡
