its was a simple ordering process online. Payment was easy and delivery was when they said.

Absolutely abysmal service from start…
Absolutely abysmal service from start to finish.
Ordered over £3700.00 of oak for an oak timber carport including 6 wind braces.
The order was delivered to wrong address after sending an additional email with the job address on but lack of communication from office to transport.
The oak arrived delivery driver struggled to off load because of weight of oak and hiab struggled to lift.
Eventually unloaded and then proceeded to tell me they had no wind braces in stock which was a total lie.
Rang up they said it should have been on the load but missed off. 4 lengths of the timber were in twist and had a 40mm camber so had been difficult to use but 1 of the length was impossible to use. Sent them pictures and they agreed to replace the 1 length of timber that I couldn’t use that’s great. They gave me a date of another 5 working days to get the gallows brackets out to me with the length of timber only the brackets turned up again at the wrong address. And no call from driver again lack of communication. There were mis-communication on my part and Uk timber for the missing length I spoke to 2 different people on the day and had 2 different conversations so that’s why it was not on the load. Called them back spoke with the manager and all she can offer is an apology and another 5 days of delivery time which delays my job massively once again. I have to say the lack of communication within your office and yard and transport is poor at best. Pick the bones out of it as you will and I’m sure you will reply to this message but feedback is great to have good or bad so it will hopefully help you improve going forward. I would like to say that I have had 2 previous deliveries and they we good no issues whatsoever so obviously something has gone wrong. Regards jb carpentry

Great service despite a difficult delivery
We needed some sleepers for the back garden. Website was quick and easy to use plus the price was very reasonable. We had an issue with the first delivery that was no fault of the company. A car was parked in the way and the unloading arm wasn’t long enough.
They were back the next day to deliver with a larger unloading arm at no extra cost (luckily the car wasn’t there this time!).
The driver was very helpful and friendly and had the sleepers placed where we wanted in the front garden in no time. Would thoroughly recommend!

I had been struggling to find good…
I had been struggling to find good quality gateposts. I sourced 200mm square larch posts which UK timber planed and cut within a few days. Very helpful and friendly when I collected them! Looking fabulous now they are in.
