Europe Yachts Charter Group Avis 

They offer catamarans in Croatia and Greece, but we discovered too late that in Greece they subcontract to Crystal Sea. We paid a very high price for a new catamaran and experienced several breakdowns: the generator failed twice, a bathroom had issues, the dinghy’s engine broke… and the upholstery was dirty. Crystal Sea sent a mechanic who wasn’t very successful. We requested a partial refund from our provider, Europe Yachts, who we had paid, but they refused.

The booking process was very straightforward and simple when booking Cosmos catamaran for a week in croatia. Marko was a fantastic skipper and Jelana assisted and made sure we were well stocked with provisions. Had a super week only to be spoilt when asking for some compensation for a toilet that didn't work. Europe yachts agreed the toilet was broken but didn't feel it warranted a small refund or gesture as goodwill. I'm sorry but when you pay €21k to hire a brand new yacht you expect everything to work and when it doesn't it should be compensated. We were offered a discount on future bookings however that certainly won't be happening!! It's a competitive world and in future will look elsewhere. In know way does this reflect Marko and Jelana but choose wisely if you decide to book with Europe yachts.

As an update to the reply...

The toilet malfunctioned from Sunday to Friday making it 5 days and a total inconvenience for 2 guests. Yes of course they can use alternative bathrooms but that makes for an element of embarrassment and again not acceptable for a brand new yacht and a hire cost of over 20 grand !!
Yes you did offer a voucher against a future booking but with no mention of an amount of €3k so please ensure your facts are correct.
In conclusion some small recompense would have been welcomed but not offered so future bookings will be made elsewhere

All process with EY Charter Group was excelent... Very recommended...

Not trustworthy. Only an agent for GreeceBeware the fine print or Your charter will be 6 days instead of 7 days.
We have chartered catamaran from aug 15 At 5pm to aug 23 9am but we're obliged to return the not the day before by an clause on page 5 of the contract with the boat owner that was never mentioned on the contract with this agent. Agent confirmed by email that we could return the boat in the morning of the 23rd but did not agree that with the not owner so we had to return it the day before and ended up shortening our charger by one day

I worked with Mario during the booking process and he was very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was trying to coordinate booking two boats for a large group and it required a lot of back and forth. Mario handled it well and was able to secure us two great boats. He would send me quotes for the boats that were available in a matter of a couple hours even when there was a considerable time difference between us. When we picked our boats, the contract was sent over within 24 hours. Great service! We have not gone on our trip yet, so this review is only on the booking process.

All ok but You have to check exactly what You contracted. Credit Card Surcharge You have to disagree cause of new EU legislation 2019.

So far I had only very positive experience with Europe Yachts and Mario. Very responsive, helpful and nice, delivering thorough information. We are just done with booking process. Looking forward to our vacation in Croatia.
