iglucraft.com Avis

On multiple occasions, we asked Iglucraft for the electrical requirements so we would be ready when it arrived. When it finally arrived a month late, we found out they had communicated the wrong amperage. I asked them to cover the upgrade because I had already paid for what they told me to install. They said no, and their solution was to downgrade my heater to a smaller heater. If they screw up, you're required to pay for their mistakes. Don't get screwed like I did.

The company was highly responsive and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently.

Het was een superfijn contact met Iglucraft. Alles verliep heel vlot. De levering kwam zoals beloofd en de sauna werd met veel zorg geleverd. We zijn zeer enthousiast over het product en genieten volop van onze aankoop.

Great cooperation, excellent planning and delivery.
The result is beautifull and the experience Unique

Exceptional collaboration with "Ivãnas Muša Gongã" on our Lukiskes Prison project in Vilnius. Grateful for their support, clear communication, and outstanding work crafting the IGLU sauna. Their commitment to excellence shines through, making them the go-to choice for anyone seeking top-notch sauna solutions. Highly recommended!

Absolutely thrilled with our iglucraft sauna! The small size fits our countryside cottage perfectly, and its quality is top-notch. The design effortlessly blends with the natural surroundings, adding a touch of relaxation and style to our rural retreat. Highly recommend!

Professional informed sales team. Excellent experience from start to finish. We purchased a Model 4 Panorama and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the cabin. I can highly recommend IgluCraft if you are searching for something special.

Buying Iglusauna was 100% the best decision!
Our double sauna fit perfectly into the landscape of our country property. The design is fantastic. There are no similar saunas available on the market, only failed imitations.
This is not just about the appearance, but also the properties of the sauna itself are unique, it heats up very quickly (if you choose dry wood), and the sauna fulfills all the properties of a sauna and the air even in a thoroughly heated sauna is indescribable!

The delivery was provided by the Iglucraft company, and everything was on time and accurate. I really recommend choosing an Iglu sauna!

Excellent job from Iglucraft! Super hyvät löylyt! Super hästi õnnestunud koostöö! Thanks! Kiitos! Aitäh!

Value is something so often hard to define as it differs for each individual. Often Times I am scared to buy something so expensive only to think it is overpriced...

This is not the case with our IgluCraft Sauna. I have had zero buyers remorse since we have set it up at our guest house. The quality is something one actually "FEELS" while sitting in side. And the whole process from initial inquiry to delivery to installation was flawless. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND!

It is the perfect Gem for our guest house and I don't think we are done with their products. Can only recommend from start to finish... and I would type more ... but gonna go for a sauna session instead!

Thank you for such a great product & experience.

I am absolutely happy with this sauna. Great idea, freat product. I have a small one.
Don't forget to take the sizes of your doors to the garden :-)

Compact and high-quality sauna. Does not require special installation costs. The order was completed on time. Heats up quickly. The whole family uses it all the time. The family recognized the sauna as the best purchase of the year!)

Excellent product! We have a stunning sauna, it arrived well and quickly, to our spec. The sales team was super helpful and managed the whole process for us exceptionally well. We installed it on top of a field and now have a spectacular sauna.

From the first contact with Iglucraft untill delivering the Sauna to us in the Netherlands everything went very smoothly and friendly. All questions were answered with details and Tom was always very friendly. The Sauna is something else, a very special shape, real nice materials and delivers an excellent experience.

Great products and great communication! Everything as described, and very helpful staff that was available from first contact to when the sauna was delivered. My first impression when sitting in the sauna was " wow...wow...wow" A real work of art!

Excellent job from Iglucragt, from the beginning to the end! Good service, perfect quality, beautiful outlook and such a great sauna to go…

Excellent quality with real handcraftsmanship, very good service and the "bastuånga" is super

I bought my double sauna from Iglucraft last year. I live in Sweden so I had the sauna transported here. Everything went super smooth, from my first contact to the last. I am super happy with the sauna, and my customer experience was great! I can really recommend Iglucraft!
