Their knowledge and experience is evident from the very first time you meet them and this is a big factor for me in who I engage to manage my funds. However their proactive customer service is probably what sets them above others in the industry , certainly if the ones I have first hand knowledge of.

My parents had been involved with Evelyn Partners under its earlier Towry and Tilney brands so when we were looking for someone to manage our investments and SIPPS it was an obvious choice to join them. After our previous adviser left, at which point I was using power of attorney to manage my parents’ affairs, there was a brief hiatus when various adviser names were mentioned, but then Jo Rees became our adviser and we have every confidence in her. She has really taken the time to get to know us and what we want to use our money for.
