The customer service representative was friendly. I'm angry that even after a new frame was provided by Evenflo, the issue with the front wheels on the Urbini stroller still exists. The infant car seat chest clip is also dangerously flimsy and easily comes undone (mind you my daughter is not old enough to undo it by herself, yet when we get to our destination the chest clip is undone) and the stroller/travel system is still being sold in stores and online.

It would be a sign of good customer service if Evenflo would send a brand new Evenflo stroller of comparable style to all customers that purchased this stroller to be picked up at Walmart in exchange for the Urbini travel system we all purchased. I can't believe Evenflo would put their brand in danger instead of fixing this dangerous issue with the Urbini travel system by scrapping the design and going back to the drawing board to design a better, safer travel system.

Evenflo stands behind their brand. Evenflo constantly is improving their products and care about their customers. Evenflo’s products have modern and fuctional designs at affordable prices. If continues showing that they care about their customer, I will keep buying their products and recommending others about them.

Purchased one for each of my babies. They love that they can see out the van windows now. And I love the safety features.

I had a damaged car seat and after a few phone calls of total chaos and people telling me after reviewing the required photos I sent in "your car seat is still safe, unless it gets worse" which to me, is a terrible response. How much worse? How do I measure when it's still safe and at what point is it unsafe? The seatbelt was coming apart at the buckle, it was clear that something was wrong and my car seat had never been misused, or washed with any harsh chemicals. It took me several calls and I basically had to fight to be heard. 3 of the 4 people I spoke with were just not great, clearly didn't understand my concern or understand that the company would be liable if something bad happened to my child and they said my seat was still "safe" for now.

Had an issue with the strap fraying underneath the seat on my son’s symphony. I contacted customer service and they offered me a new seat 50% off and free shipping. I was pleased with that since it turned out it wasn’t a manufacture defect and apparently a mouse had chewed the strap. Buggers! Would recommend this company and he loves both the seats I have purchased from them.

Had a broken bottle evenflo replaced with no problem

My neighbor moved and left four car seats at the curb for pickup. My sister volunteers for Charlotte County's Pregnancy Care Center and I know they are always looking for car seats. These car seats had been sitting in a garage a long time and were naturally very dirty. I took a picture of each one. Then, I took the seat belts and the seat covers off washed them a couple of times then scrubbed the chairs down. I used the Evenflo site to determine their expiration date and to find out if any were recalled. I then put the seats and belts back together using the pictures. I needed to replace the belt on one seat and the buckle on another. I had no problem ordering the two items. The buckle was $6. and the belt was only $3 plus $7 shipping. I received the items within a few days and the car seats were donate and put to use immediately.
