Evenflo Avis 

I ordered evenflo parallel tandem double stroller that was on sale for $89. Package arrived extremely fast (3 days). Stroller was easy and fast to assemble. The only issue that i have is that the stroller is a little hard to steer, and the front wheels lock seperately from the rear wheels. Otherwise, i am satisfied, and would definitely recommend to anyone.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I bought a breast pump but had to return it because ifndodnt have enough suction. Called the company to exchange it or give me credit for something else. They sent me a new pump but it was the same, no suction. I called to complain they told me I was stuck with it and there as nothing else they could do for me. Evenflo is a huge company they could’ve given me credit to get something else or a refund (which I didn’t want) but they didn’t offer me anything so now I’m stuck with a pump that doesn’t work

The phone experience was awesome found the part I needed and had it shipped off to me and no time flat thank you again

I expected it sooner than it arrived. I called customer service and they assured me it would be earlier than it did.

I will say your customer service person was great, it just took a long time to reach someone.

I like your car seats for my grandchildren very much (and so do they - 4 & 5 yrs old).my granddaughter really likes that she has a place to put her drink. I just like that it has become easier making sure they are buckled in.

Amazing customer service. My car seat padding was falling apart and I started using it in December , I never used it before. I contacted evenflo and they sent me new cover and the leg cover part for free. Awesome experience with them. Will be buy more products later one

2 because they have good customer service, but terrible product. Came with a piece that didn’t fit securely. Customer service replaced the piece, but now another piece snapped off while my child, 5 months old, was playing with it. Poor quality exersaucer.

i lost the springs for an exersaucer (it was taken apart & put into storage). I called the company & they were very helpful & the springs arrived quickly! Price was reasonable-much less than buying a new one!

I had an issue with my Joey Jumper the spring was very tight and it was vary noisy. Evenflo Sent a replacement right away but the new one has the same issue and I am waiting for another replacement that is a different style to see if that works better for my grandson. That's why I only gave Evenflo 4 stars because I haven't received the replacement yet otherwise it would be a 10 star review. Customer service is very helpful.

I really loved the travel system itself , Haven't had baby yet ,but this is my 3 Rd time buying a travel system since this is baby number 3 , and this is by far the best one I've ever brought , it's very light weight ,easy to put together , only thing I didn't like is the infant car seat it's kinda bigger than I'm used to ,it's lightweight but huge and has very lil padding also , doesn't look newborn comfy ,but that's okay as I can purchase and infant insert,I would differently but again ,and highly recommend this travel system

Evenflo has been great to work with. I have bought two of their gates for above stairs. One has worked wonderfully for two years now. I love that it has a green safety button on it and that it doesn't have a bar to step over/trip over. My second gate broke within a couple of months of purchasing it. I called the company and they sent me a replacement right away. The replacement has worked very well.

I love our car seat! It’s so light which makes it way easier for me to carry it! The double stroller is awesome as well. My only suggestion to evenflo and many other makes of strollers is to make the wheels rubber rather than plastic. We have a single stroller with larger rubber wheels and it moves way easier and smoother on all surfaces .
