Great Service
Great Service! I was able to capture pictures from our wedding guests, friendly to use and easy to set up. You can download all your pictures and save them on your computer. Highly recommended.

We would greatly appreciate if you could reach out to us via hello@eventsalbum.com so we can understand what might have happened?
The slide show feature runs off as a web page and requires an internet connection to function, normally we'd suggest running this off a laptop or PC with an internet connection, connected to a TV or projector to display the photos. As your guests upload new photos to EventsAlbum these get picked up by the slide show. It is entirely dependent on your local internet connection though. If there are issues with the local connection it will have problems, as would be the case with any website.
It would be great to understand what happened in your case so we can look to improve this service for future customers.

The premise is amazing and such a nice idea but unfortunately it didn’t work on the day for the majority of our guests! If this was fixed it would definitely be 5 star

The website and set up was extremely user friendly and an easy application for the attendees at our 60th high school reunion. Uploading, viewing and downloading the photos is very efficient and easy plus having them available in high res makes it even better.

Brilliant photo album app!
We wanted some disposable cameras for our wedding day and thought I’d there not a better option available digitally online? So after researching further, we found Events Album! And how glad we are to have used them! 😃
The package has unlimited photographs which allowed all of our wedding guests to scan the QR codes that we printed off and access the album online to take pics and upload as many as they wish 😊 it’s Fantastic! Everyone loved it, found it so easy to use and some have already asked how they can get one for their own upcoming weddings too! Best decision ever! Thank you Events Album!

The concept was so fun and the whole experience of uploading, showcasing and downloading is so seamless. All the guests were so entertained.

Having less steps to get the photos to…
Having less steps to get the photos to the site would be a huge plus. Also the "Agree to terms" check box is barely visible to most people. I had to instruct peeps too many time about that.
So other people know, the steps are...
1_ Scan QR or go to link.
2_ Select your pictures
3_Choose photo library or take a photo
4_Select photos then click "Add"
5_ Select the box to agree to terms
6_ Choose "Add them"
And you're done...Six steps for the upload.
Most peeps did not even try because it was too complicated. That being said, A few did upload and the site did work well. Trim those steps to two or three and you've got a winner!

Unfortunately some of those steps we don't have any control over as they are managed by the device the uploader is using.
We will however look at reducing the steps we can and make the "agree to terms" more obvious.

EventsAlbum for my son's wedding
We used EventsAlbum for my son's wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Everyone was able to add photos that streamed onto a screen during the day and evening and we have an excellent collection of additional memories from a wonderful day.
