Great customer service .
The photo booth was easy to set up and a great addition to the birthday party we held.

AVOID AVOID!! BE CAREFUL!
They had great communication when getting their payment and your order but when giving back a refund for a faulty photo printer and purchased photo paper they stop communication. So be CAREFUL as they seemed to be AVOIDING paying customer back for REFUNDS! They stop communicating all together!

I have to say this is the best photo service i have used, delivery on time, great communication, very simple instructions. I love a photobooth and used this for my wedding will defo use again thank you!!!

And the instruction were idiot proof I'm 70and had no problem's the equipment was amazing and the quality superb we hired it for my daughters wedding and everyone enjoyed. The only thing I missed was the package of the props I wish I would have ordered them too. so a real big thank you for photo Booths 4 u it made our day

I was gifted the Photobooth from my mother in law for my 40th birthday party! It was fantastic. From drop off of the equipment, to the helpful staff when we had a few questions about set up. To then the fun that was had by all my family and friends! Created memories I can keep forever and speak about for a long time to come! Great service in collection as well! Will definitely use/recommend again. ☺️

Our guests loved their little printouts from the event! Everything went very smoothly, the setup was great quality and we couldn't have been more pleased.

The instruction videos were very helpful too.

Hired a photo booth for my 60th birthday party . The service was amazing loved the tutorial videos, everything arrived well packaged it was easy to re- package when the time came for collection. I took the option of having the artwork designed for me that was great. Had fast responses from the team with one artwork query they went straight on it ..

I booked a photo booth at least two weeks in advance. The day before my event they cancelled with no good reason. They said they had no availability, well why did they let me pay and book it.

Absolute rip off and I'm yet to receive a refund

We had an absolutely brilliant experience when hiring a photobooth for a wedding. I was a bit skeptical as we only paid £168 for a self set up ring light and ipad which was their most basic package and we had it from the Thursday to the Monday. The other half set it up no bother the day before and delivery and returning the equipment was a breeze. Guests had their photos emailed to them and we were also given an online gallery with all the images and GIFs post-wedding which we could also share with guests. The team were very helpful when I emailed with some initial queries. I was just very impressed with the ease of it all. Would use again!

We used Photo booths 4U for the year 6 leavers party and they have been amazing. Super easy to order, I knew exactly what to expect on delivery of the photo booth. The instructions arrived a couple of days before giving us change to familiarise ourselves with set up.
Set up was super easy and using the booth was a breeze.
As for returning, also super easy and they even provided the zip ties for the box to return in. Overall just a brilliant experience and we will definitely use again.

If you want your photos lost, poor communication and a provider who cannot flow simple instructions when it comes to delivery and returns - choose these guys. It’s a sure fire way to make sure you don’t capture any memories from your event!

Would not recommend! Cancelled my booking on Friday afternoon, the event was the following day! No phone call made to apologise and explain, just an e mail, like it was not an issue! Could have had a massive impact on my daughter's 18th, luckily Cheesy Smiles Ltd saved the day. Book these guys instead. Amazing service in comparison. Refund still not issued 4 days later either.

Absolutely fantastic! Very easy to set up and use, and I’m not tech savvy at all. Delivery and pickup great. Very fast and friendly customer service too. Highly recommended!

I have just recently hired a photo booth, from Photobooths4U, the customer service from start to finish was fantastic, very helpful and informative answering any queries that I had along the way.
I ordered this for a friend's wedding, the equipment was delivered in good time to set up and make sure everything was working. The instructions were simple to follow and the set up couldnt be any easier.
There were a few hiccups on the actual day, regardless of this the customer service was superb.
The over the phone troubleshooting was great and even the after care from the company, is something that is very rare these days. They truly care and want everything to run smoothly and will try and rectify any issues.
I will definitely recommend them to anybody wanting to hire any of the equipment.

Photobooth4U was easy to order, and use delivery date accurate and really good communication. It definitely delivered all it promised and added the extra dimension of fun for our Golden Anniversary for young and old. They even provided a photo album! Would definitely recommend this company

We wanted a photo booth for our wedding but the cost of most of them is excessive so we decided to try a DIY one from photo booths 4u. The whole experience was just great from ordering, delivery, set up instructions, and return. The company were also really fast responding when we needed PAT testing documents and liability insurance for our venue.

We booked the retro style booth with a printer. Everyone loved the photo booth and we have some of the most wonderful memories captured now (both printed and digital!).

We hired the vintage style camera for our wedding and have nothing but praise for the whole experience we had. The whole service was brilliant, the team were brilliantly helpful and friendly, from the customer support line to the designers of our background. The Camara itself was easy to set up and easy to transport. Our guests loved being able to have a copy of their pictures instantly and how easy it was to use. Overall highly highly recommended! 5*

I was a bit dubious whether this would work - it was excellent!
Everyone got great use from it and has given us some wonderful memories. It arrived in good time and was easy to set up.
The only negative was collection via DPD. I contacted Photobooths 4 you and Owen couldn't have been more helpful! It was complete DPD's fault.
The photos have just come through. It is definitely worth getting the printer and props. Our guests had a lovely keepsake too.

Easy to book , turns up to your a few days beforehand so you can get it ready . Easy communication with the staff . Everyone loved it and so many options to veiw the photos . My daughter only had one issue is that the I pad was low and had problems trying to press the lower buttons.

What an excellent idea!!! I was initially nervous it would all work out but i needn’t have worried!! Great contact via email ensuring everything was arranged and organised. The delivery and pick up was exactly as described and within the timings stated. They whole set up and process was really easy following the instructions given and worked like a dream on the day! Photos could be sent a variety of ways and turned out great! Was such a hit for my 30th party and would definitely use this company again!!
