Ordered a photobooth for my wedding in July. The delivery on friday went smoothly to my in laws house. We picked it up to set up. The instructions for setup were not in the box and I didnt realise they had been emailed but had gone into my spam folder. We contracted the company and they came back to us first thing on Saturday morning with the details which allowed my son to set it up. Kids loved the photo booth and it was a big hit would totally recommend. We were able to change the collection date from our house instead of in laws.
Even with the instructions going into spam (not photos 4 u fault!!) I would give 5 stars as service and communication was great. Even when we had a problem they came back quickly to resolve the issue. Now received all my photos and have to say they gave us a giggle. Best money that I spent for the wedding!!

Was so easy to arrange and set up.
Everything was delivered on time and as expected and the same with the collection at the end.
Everything was so simple and the party was a success!
I spoke to the team once as I had a query and this was replied to straight away.
Great service and would use again.

I was worried after reading some reviews but I was wrong to be.
I requested delivery a daybearlier and they sorted no problem. Great communication and easy step by step instructions. It was an absolute hit at our year 6 leavers party. Delivery and return were perfect and sent all photos after a couple of days. I have already recommended to a friend.

I was a little sceptical at first but Photobooths4u really came through!
Camera arrived Thursday with plenty communication about its arrival and time for them to pick up on the Tuesday.
Camera was easy to set up and take down. Photos were then delivered to me within a few days after camera arrived back to them.
For £140-£50 it was definitely worth it and I will use again if needed.

if I could have given zero stars I would Do Not Use this incompetent company,there equipment doesn't work,you can't get any help from them.When you tell them you couldn't use the equipment because it didn't work they are not interested.No refunds no nothing.I have been in touch with fair trading standards about them.

I hired a Photo Booth for my 60th party. We chose to have an attendant present and we’re lucky enough to have an amazing young man called Owen attend the event. He went over and above to make the experience a pleasant one. Our oldest grandkids (6 & 7) had loads of photos done and Owen was so patient with them. He even showed them how to use the machines which made them really happy. The backdrop we had hired wouldn’t stay up (due to the weather not any fault on their part) so Owen offered us an extra hour instead. He ended up staying even later to finish printing the photos. The quality of the photos was wonderful and each copy was personalised with details proved to them by me. We had two copies of each photo printed so we could retain a copy for us.
Can’t recommend them highly enough, would definitely use them again.

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Equipment didn’t work on the night (wedding). Followed instructions that were given. Very little help from company. Printer would not work so no prints. We paid for extra photo prints and an album. We returned these (new, in packaging) and no refund or communication from company regarding a refund. Will never use or recommend this company.

We hired a photobooth from Photobooths 4U for a family party.

It was easy to set up with instructions sent on the morning of delivery. Communication with the company was great and the product felt premium, especially for the price we paid.

Would highly recommend.

Photo Booth didn’t arrive as stated the day before the event. Had a delivery rescheduled for a Photo Booth I didn’t ask for (wrong one as the ring light Photo Booth was unavailable due to broken HGV). It arrived 1 hour before my event which gave us very little time to set up. The iPad arrived with 52% battery and the light with 49% which lasted us 90 mins at most. The camera quality is incredibly poor, very pixelated and just not what you would expect from a photo booth. Very disappointing and unfortunately won’t be using again.

Backdrop and camera dropped off by courier, hotel received and set up. Camera was a tablet with very little instructions and which ran out of power after 2.5 hours. So no photos for us as nothing downloaded properly.

This is great, easy to setup, easy to use and great that you can order just what you need I would highly recommend this as the savings are huge if you can do this yourself

With a small budget remaining to boost our party to be something more than “just dinner and dancing” I chose a Photo Booth setup. Not only did it arrive with amazing communication, clear DPD instructions and clear instructions. It was also quick and easy to setup and intuitive to the guests to use.
I didn’t realise I would also get a link to all the photos of the night- a great extra as some guest have stated they forgot to airdrop/email all the ones they wanted that night.
Brilliant collection routine too.
Honestly cannot fault the service and will consider coming back again if I’m stupid enough to organise another big social event!

Was searching for a low cost option but still a quality photobooth product for my 60th Birthday Party on 3rd May. This company was the lowest price by a substantial amount but I was wary as only 1 review which was pretty critical. Decided to give them a go anyway, reasoning I could get a partial refund if anything went wrong and so glad I did. The photobooth arrived in good time on Wednesday 30th April to check everything was there and I also received advance warning of delivery from DPD. There were very clear set up instructions included and so I was able to test the equipment well before the party. The photobooth was such a brilliant addition at the party with everyone using it and the supplied props (which could have been a better selection but which I supplemented with some inflatable ones from Amazon - so no big deal given the price). There was sturdy boxes and cases supplied to repack the equipment after the Party and DPD returned to collect it on Tuesday 6th May. Again advance notice of collection was received from DPD. So effortless and easy that I would thoroughly recommend this company for your special event or party! After the party they emailed me the whole album of pictures taken on the night and gave me 30 days to download or share with family and friends. Love it! ❤️💕

Ordered. Paid. No problems there. This company sends out via DPD in several different packages the day before. I only received 3 out of 4 so no time to put it right. They said they would redeliver with backups who's was a lie. They totally let me down and when I asked for a refund stating that the constant phone I gave to make to try to rectify at the last minute has caused me so much stress they hang up on you. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE!!! I had to pay an extra £300 elsewhere to have our surprise party. The worst I've dealt with!!!
