When I ring to check the availability of my prescription they're always honest and tell me whether it is or not. If it's not they give me an approximate time when it will be.

Could do better

when i went to pick my items up there…
when i went to pick my items up there was 4 items they didnt have,they told they didnt no when they get them,so i went to another chemist and got them right away

Quite poor
I never consented to you having all my contact details. As far as I'm concerned, you are just the place where I pick up my prescription. I have been called and questioned about my medication! This is something I will only discuss with my GP. The staff in the pharmacy have two speeds, slow and stop, and you are not acknowledged when you enter.

The service was very slow
The service was very slow, a lot of people getting frustrated,a lot of staff just seemed to be walking about without acknowledging customers. My medication was supposed to be ready on Friday evening, went on Monday 3 times before receiving balance of tablets.

Told me I couldn’t have two of my medicines as they cost the pharmacy too much money.
I have now gone to another pharmacy who completed my prescription fully.

The prescriptions are always ready on time
I find the staff friendly and helpful. No waiting in a long queue. I always receive a message when they are ready to collect and they always have the correct medication. Great place.

Missing items…
Since going paperless I have had 4 x 1 month proscription with a missing item. Not an impressive start to paperless.

Sometimes you need to be patient with the pharmacy
With my repeat prescription base being of a small item quantity I suffer very little.
However, in the past, I have suffered not initially receiving my full repeat prescription.

Prescription was ordered at the weekend. On Thursday, one item was missing.
On Friday there was no driver to deliver.
I had to collect on Friday afternoon as medication was needed for the weekend and the pharmacy was closed.

If I could give 0 I would, waiting every time for almost an hour to get a prescription, it's the worst pharmacy I have been to, they take long enough to actually ask your name, all just stand around looking confused, this has been constantly for over a year, absolute pile of 💩

Repeat prescriptions were ordered for…
Repeat prescriptions were ordered for delivery, it took 11 days for the process to be completed. On line order showed items were ready, however, the pharmacy said not. Meanwhile I was fast running out of medication and had to telephone daily regarding an update on the situation.
