What fantastic service, I needed an emergency pack of medication and the Deloh chemist staff did their upmost to help me, after a quick call to my GPs surgery the medication was hand delivered to my hone within 2 hours, Thank you so much.

The Battery ran out on the pharmacist’s headset, so I was asked to reattend the following day to get my second ear cleaned out. Still seem to have issues with hearing and earwax despite reattending for a second day

Ear wax removal is not always fully successful in a single treatment, particularly where the wax is impacted or deep within the ear canal. We would be happy to invite you back for a further assessment with our pharmacist, free of charge, so we can review your symptoms, examine your ears again, and advise on the most appropriate next steps.

Flu jab appointment mismanagement
I originally made an appointment for a flu jab (private). The receptionist gave me the date and time. When I went on the day at the designated time, I was told they had no record. Worse, they kept asking me whether I was a the right pharmacy. This is gaslighting.
They did rebook an appointment, but when I went to the second time, they still had trouble finding my name.
I do repeat prescriptions with them. They are good at that. But the flu jab appointment makes me a bit worried that they have significant issues with the overall system.
And when Trustpilot, on behalf of the pharmacy, comes back with an AI agent, asks you for further details, then comes back with another near-identical 'thank you' message, then you know nobody cares.

I am sorry that this experience left you feeling that we did not care. That was certainly not our intention. When we first responded, we had not identified which pharmacy branch your review related to. As Everest Pharmacy operates over 50 branches, our initial response was necessarily generic while we sought to establish the location involved. Once we realised the branch had not been identified, the response was amended accordingly. This was a genuine oversight rather than a lack of interest in your concerns.
We would also like to reassure you that our Leicester team did not deliberately seek to inconvenience you. Whilst it is clear that mistakes were made with your flu vaccination booking, and we fully accept the frustration this caused, there was never any intention to dismiss your concerns or make you feel that your experience was not valid.
We appreciate your acknowledgement that the pharmacy has provided a good repeat prescription service. That is the level of care we aim to provide across all our services, and we are sorry that your flu vaccination experience fell below those standards.
Whilst we completely respect your right to be disappointed by what happened, we hope you can accept that the issues arose from genuine errors rather than a lack of care. We value your feedback, have reviewed the matter with the team, and remain committed to providing a reliable service to all our patients.

Don't stick to the appointment time
Went for a pre-booked flu jab.
The person doing the job hadn't turned up. I was told it would be about half an hour. I went home.
Similar issue last year where the person sat behind the counter until way after the appointment time. Then spent all his time on Facebook rather than concentrating on my injection.
I'll be going to the health centre for proper jab.

We are concerned to hear that you were advised there would be a 30-minute wait, as flu vaccination appointments are normally carried out very promptly. It would be helpful to understand a little more about what happened. Did you perhaps arrive around 30 minutes before the clinic had started?
We appreciate that this experience was frustrating, especially given your previous visit. We'd really like the opportunity to put things right.
Please call into the pharmacy and ask for Ateeq, and we will ensure your vaccination is completed promptly and with minimal waiting.
