The Pharmacist and staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and most helpful.

Every month there has been medication missing , everest blame gp surgery for not requesting missing medication, when I questioned the surgery I am assured that all medication had been requested 😌 im really not happy as I'm having to go back and forth to everest pharmacy and gp surgery all the time. I actually think that everest are taking on too many patients prescriptions and cannot meet the demand and supply.

Offer pharmacy service for patients out of the doctors surgeries. Helpful with prescription and tablets, Disposal of used needles and sharp bins clinical waste bin of full of Dangerous needles. Keep medical records up to date.

I went in for a consultation as I had a blocked ear. My ears were checked and I asked if I could have the procedure done straight away. The procedure was quick, a bit painful in the blocked ear,but no pain at all in the other. Was found to have redness in my ear canal. I was recommended a spray to help. A week later and the soreness has gone and I can hear perfectly again! Cant recommend enough!

My ears were blocked with wax and the pharmacist did a great job of clearing them, over two sessions. Very professional and caring and I'd definitely recommend them!

These ones with nhs are doing god knows what, because as a very ill person what I am, after a fertility surgery and waiting for another one, they keep on making me walk after my medication and not post it to me, amd phone a million times after it month by month, where I have been promised ot for at least 3 months... so after 5 years of infertility, they fo me just a million more problems!!! Disgusting and the super disrespectful!!! 20 year I studied architecture and project management, 2 practices , thousands of hours work, ...never got my promised home, and then they done me problems a tone...never got a penny for my practice...now me to be sick and they do me just problems!!! No fertility care in 5 years, just 5 crap emails sent in a year length!!!! Though when I went as a young one to donate eggs, I received emails ona weekly basis perfectly!!! Me in crappy hospitals treated for infertility, with not nice people and ugly environments...when donating in private clinic, designer spaces!!!! So I get shit , but when donating eggs they give to others designer spaces and clean spaces!!!!

Very efficient pharmacy. The pharmacist I saw was very kind and thorough. Did as much as he could while I was suffering with a nasty sinus infection and blocked ear.

All the staff are polite and helpful, they will update when prescriptions are ready for collection and will deliver if necessary, they also provide other services in a private room, the quality of the service is exceptional.

People at Withington Road are fantastic. Really helpful, and the range of health services offered is great. I trust them to give honest and clear advice on minor health issues.

I have used the Nelson branch for several years and always received excellent service from all the staff and pharmacist.
Last July I started using their weight loss service utilising Munjaro injections.
Izzy the pharmacist was excellent and certainly went "the extra mile ", without her support I would never have achieved my goal and lost 6 stone and be on the NHS list waiting for a new knee.
To say Izzy was a lifeline is no understatement, her support was invaluable.
To be able to have not only my weight and blood pressure checked every 4 weeks, but to have someone who understood your concerns and worries, was truly wonderful.
I could ask any question, share any worries and discuss any issue was brilliant.
The help and service offered by the branch and staff here in Nelson was truly exceptional.
I have not taken Munjaro for several months now and still manage to maintain the weight loss.
Izzy the pharmacist and the staff still ask how I'm doing and take an interest when I call in and offer support if needed.
I would recommend the weight loss service to anyone, in fact I already have .

I booked an ear suction treatment after my family complained about my hearing or lack of it.
The practitioner checked both ears and found them both to be clear of wax.
After a discussion of further treatment and advice, no treatment was needed or charge.

Great service , pharmacist very honest checked my ears on 1st appointment and adviced to use drops a couple of days longer , 2nd visit great very professional, great service.

Punctual, helpful. Always sorted out my husband's medication as he is lactose intolerance. The injection they recommended helped me losing 3.5 stones.
