Easy and quick
Once you are logged on, it is very easy to order repeat prescriptions.
The pharmacy staff are very good at responding to special requests such as holiday orders

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Not sure why the NHS have taken this step to have an app. And when you call the receptionist they fob you off with no care or concern.

GP changed to Evergreen and I haven’t…
GP changed to Evergreen and I haven’t found it easy to use. For example, it’s not been clear how to change pharmacy, or submit a request to my GP. Their focus is on their bits on healthy living which is fine, but it’s not what the app is for, which is just to to reach my GP which I found harder to work out. I’ve found other aps easier to use than this.

It doesn’t work properly
It doesn’t work properly. Links from emails to the messages in the app don’t work. Cannot send messages back. Dr IQ was infinitely better.

Rubbish app but it's NHS
One of the most annoying apps out there. Hard to order a repeat prescription, which can be challenge especially if it's for your anxiety mental health medication.
