Very easy to order prescriptions. Much clearer and quicker than NHS app.

Such a great way to contact my doctor’s surgery within
I can now get hold of my doctor’s surgery within moments. The app is so easy to use and to not have to wait on the phone for someone to answer (or, not answer) is amazing.

Cumbersome and not delivering
The app is cumbersome, does not give clear details on what the various paths anre for, eg ‘non urgent medical query’ v ‘admin’ and focuses on non essential information. The medication list is in ‘oldest first’ order which is not user friendly. And for Falmouth Road surgery the availability/appointment section does not work.

This is a Good App
I have been with Evergreen for several years now and, apart from the odd glitch, I have found this to be a very good app. It is easy to navigate and cuts out the hassle when ordering prescriptions.
