Overall, the ingredients are fresh and good quality, the recipes are quick and easy to follow. Ordering is simple, using the app. There are many meals to choose from each week, and you can make edits, such as swapping the protein, or adding more. I believe you get value for your money.

I was given a free box from a friend
I was given a free box from a friend.
As I wanted to regularly use this for 3 meals a week.
Because I was previously registered i couldn't use the code and get a free box.
Then they sent a code ti get 59% off.
Code wouldn't work.
Then decided to just order anyway and my seniors discount didn't work.
So frustrating. Looking at using a different company

Delivery driver often drops my box to my neighbour or at my front gate. Drivers sometimes have loud music or spin wheels leaving my neighbours driveway.

Everything is packed so horribly
Everything is packed so horribly. All the soft veges are packed underneath the ice bricks and meat. The salad bags are put on top of the ice and are always transparent. I have complained at least twice and the process of using the ai bot is infuriating. It helps with nothing then transfers you to a human who doesn’t scroll and read so you have to start again. I have only kept ordering through EveryPlate because of the credits I received for the wrecked items. I’m at the point now where I go through the recipe ingredients to see what I’d use and make my own meals and order for that… which defeats the whole purpose. The thing that gets me the most is that the partner company HelloFresh can pack things so correctly all in seperate bags for each meal. Why does every plate throw it all in like they’re playing hoops….. I have also not been contacted about this review even though they said they have

Food delivered on time as promised. Items were good quality and packaged well. Recipes are easy to follow, and turn out like the pictures. Some were hits, and some were unsure about the flavour combinations.
Only thing seems to be a lot of use of carrot & potato. Would like to see more vegetable variety in recipes.

In accurate delivery times, inconsistent and repetitive recipes, constant issues with the app, can’t report missing ingredients without it saying use the chat, yet the chat doesn’t work and no one answers the phones

Convenient and good value
I like the convenience of the delivery box with the correct amount of each ingredient. It's helpful for single people as it reduces waste and less buying needed from the supermarket. The quality is average and sometimes the meals can be lower quality. I feel like Everyplate is the home brand version of Hello Fresh. The value is good and that is why I keep it up.
