Plus need the ability to easily change delivery dates, ie skip weeks etc and your app makes it very challenging so a poor customer experience.

I just had someone from Hello Fresh turn up on my doorstep. She mentioned that as a past customer of Hello Fresh, she wanted to get some feedback on why we don't use them anymore. She then went on to say how they've made changes and if I can open the app and sign in, she will show me the changes. Here I'm thinking she's showing me recent changes, she kept telling me to hit next and next. Next minute, a $96 charge came out of my account. I said wait a minute, I didn't want to proceed with it. How do I cancel it and get a refund. Her response was, oh you can skip it. I said will that then process me a refund and she said no. She said maybe you have to deactivate the account, then quickly left. I had to deactivate the account and contact their customer service team to make sure I get a refund. They took money out of my account in 10 seconds but now can only refund it within 3-5 business days. I asked for it to be escalated and they said there is nothing they can do. I am fuming and won't be using Hello Fresh ever again.

Iam extremely unhappy with the service I received. I was clearly quoted one price, but then charged a much higher amount without any proper explanation or approval from me.
Taking money without confirming the revised cost is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This feels misleading and dishonest.
I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and an explanation provided as to why the price changed without my consent. This is not how a reputable business should operate.

I have found on multiple occasions the vegetables are not very fresh and only just last the week. Also my last order 2 of my items had past there use by date so they didn't even last a week.

Recipes are great and the deliveries are always completed well. While I understand the reasoning for the change, I still prefer the old boxes it got delivered in, the carboard now is often squished and as it is kept cold, it falls apart easily like cardboard does when it gets wet. Very occasionally the meat can be too fatty or something, but vegies and everything else are usually pretty good. It helps us diversify our meal choices and try things we otherwise probably wouldn't attempt to cook and not have to wander the supermarket trying to decide! Easy to order and change meal choices.

Got a meals delivered. Spent the 20mins cooking it up, absolutely disgusting, inedible, saltiest thing I’ve tasted. Called customer service and they didn’t want anything to do with it and then cancelled our subscription! Absolute poor customer service, rude and “failed to believe” no apology.

The ease of cooking these meals is fantastic, they are also very flavoursome, only thing is some bags of lettuce have been slimy and soggy so have had to pull all those bits out, with all the meals I've had there has only been one my husband and I havent liked.
