If I could give a zero
If I could give a zero i would. The groceries are fine. The recipes are quite nice but what makes this company horrible is the way they suck you in by making you pay before you even check out the recipes. The menu is virtually impossible to navigate and then when you decide ok it's not for me, they make it virtually impossible to cancel the contract. And when you finally get them to stop pestering you by blocking them on everything and blocking their access to your bank account because they will keep on taking money after you cancel. They will still hound you with different phone numbers. I got stalked by cult members once. This was worse

Don’t get fooled by the advertising hype You can’t see the meals available or…
You can’t see the meals available or the ingredients until you sign up. Even though I selected no spices or herbs the first suggested meals had chilli and pepper. But that was fine. Cancelling my order was another thing. First I was told I would still have to have pay for the first week and then after more insisting got put through to an agent. The agent also tried to make me stay and after being very blunt finally cancelled my order and I have put in a request to have my payment details deleted from their data base. I didn’t find the web site easy to navigate. The meals just didn’t suit us which I did suspect would be the case but all the online advertising swayed me to look at it more closely. It shouldn’t be this hard to look at the product you are thinking of buying.

As long as I keep on top of the automatic booking , it is great. More recipes that can be frozen for single people would be good. I select my recipes based on if I can freeze the left overs.

I love the different choices and the only complaint I have is there is always something missing in my meals. And it's really inconvenient. Today a lime is missing. We get these meals for convenience and it's really annoying when we have to go the shops to get the missing ingredients, Please add everything we need for our meals, not once have I had all the ingredients.

Only problem has been my first order that was directed to an address we had some 4 years ago but I did get a full refund of the amount I paid. Perhaps your system could be improved to ensure any returning customers are still at the same address. Other than that we are very impressed with your meals.
