I love the different choices and the only complaint I have is there is always something missing in my meals. And it's really inconvenient. Today a lime is missing. We get these meals for convenience and it's really annoying when we have to go the shops to get the missing ingredients, Please add everything we need for our meals, not once have I had all the ingredients.

Only problem has been my first order that was directed to an address we had some 4 years ago but I did get a full refund of the amount I paid. Perhaps your system could be improved to ensure any returning customers are still at the same address. Other than that we are very impressed with your meals.

I LOVE Hello Fresh with a passion
I LOVE Hello Fresh with a passion! It has made my life so much easier and better! To be able to just go to the fridge and there are the ingredients for a delicious dinner, easy to prepare, is just amazing, and I bless them every time.
The ingredients are fresh & the quantity plentiful (I had worried beforehand that it might be meagre in quantity, but it's not).
The choice of meals is great, the meals are very tasty, and even if you don't make your own selection, things arrive that you would love, based on your preferences.
The value is pretty good, and outweighs having to shop for ingredients oneself.
Even though we live out of town, the delivery is to the gate - most courier companies won't come here.
I get a bit dismayed about all the packaging, but they do their best, using recyclable materials where possible.
All in all, very highly recommended!

Dinner 50 was super for us

False or missing advertising in…
False or missing advertising in relation to the "free" NutriBullet, the apps, the e-mails, and Web pages all stating I would receive a free NutriBullet after ordering my 4th box was false, as it is not available in WA, only finding out after trying to add it to my order.
Why would I receive an e-mail telling me I have earned the NutriBullet and then proceed to tell me its not available in WA in the first place?
Salads provided in orders go bad after one day in the fridge.
Cherry Tomatos are alway sour.

I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 measly star, but seeing as the lowest you can rate is 1 star, then so be it.
Where do I start with Hello Fresh? Their website is not great, in that it was required that I set up an account for one to even look at the menu.
I didn’t place an order, yet they charged me for a box with delivery for items I am never likely to even eat due to allergies.
I have tried to unsubscribe from the service, only to have their customer service agents call me at least twice a day most days. I have complained about the harassment and requested numerous times to stop contacting me via email and of course, the never ending phone calls! I have requested twice in two days for me to be taken out of their database and I have called them out on the harassment many times!
This morning was yet another phone call. I asked them for me to be removed and was assured that they would do just that (and confirm in writing). They promised again that they would make sure no calls or contact whatsoever. So, here’s the even more infuriating thing…
I didn’t receive an email putting in writing that I have been removed from their list. Then, just one hour later, I received another call from a sales representative! I informed them that I have been in contact with the office of fair trading with regards to their harassment and disgusting sales practices. I have lodged a complaint with fair trading which agrees that these practices are unacceptable and illegal.
I cannot be the only “customer” who has to endure this!
Absolutely a bunch of rip off merchants and unrelentingly “service”.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Produce not fresh
We used Hello Fresh years ago pre-kids and recently decided to sign back up to make our weeks a little easier. We’ve been ordering 4 meals per week and getting through them in the first 5 days, but have still on average needed to throw out and repurchase or substitute fresh ingredients (veggies, citrus, salads) twice per week. The ingredients simply aren’t fresh enough for you to make it through the meals. Last week, I forgot to log on and change the automatically selected recipes and what was automatically sent to us included 3 out of 4 meals that said to use them first, then when we got to the 4th meal (the only one that didn’t say eat first) the Asian vegetables were all brown and rotten and I had to go to Coles to buy more. Disappointing and I’ll be cancelling the service.
