Overall, my experience with the gift card program has been very positive. I especially appreciate the ability to nominate coworkers for their achievements—it’s a great way to recognize good work and helps create a sense of appreciation.

Cumbersome to redeem

The issue is not purchasing the cards - it's using them. It is exceptionally cumbersome - multiple downloads, copying pins, going to new links... and now more than once I've had a brand new card declined saying it had a $0 balance.

I received 2 of the cards but not the…

I received 2 of the cards but not the 3rd. Also, it would be better if you can choose the amount for the gift card not the pre-set ones.

Quick update - they did respond quickly to my inquiry about the missing card.

Highly recommend the EverythingCard

Corus has been working with the EverythingCard team for over 5 years and I can happily say that they have been an absolutely wonderful partner. The team has always been quick to respond and follow up on any requests, and we use the EverythingCard regularly as prizes for our employee events, activations and recognition - it is very easy to use and is also a very popular prize to receive.

Avoid them at all cost

This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I redeemed my gift card on the 28th, and up to now, I haven’t received anything. I emailed them, and at first, they promised to sort it out, but eventually, they went silentno response and no gift card. Be careful when dealing with them; if possible, avoid them altogether.

This is rare occurrence, and generally can only happen if the organization that issued it believes the code was issued in error or did not meet required eligibility. Our service team has been provided sufficient information to cancel this code. Please do reach out to the organization or individual who originally sent you the EverythingCard code for more details. If there has been an error on their part, they may re-issue the card as the funds have been returned back to them.

You guys are so incompetent. How will it take more than one week to deliver a digital gift card. Funny enough it still haven’t been sent.
