Ordered on the 19th and it is the 28th. No product. Called and they read me the tracking information. Which has been “delivery the next day” for seven days. They weren’t too concerned. Disappointed.

Ordered over a week and stilt no product and called and emailed and still no response back. IF I ever get my product I will not order from this company again. Use 123 Stitch. They are great at getting your product to you.

I ordered 16 ct aida cloth from…
I ordered 16 ct aida cloth from everythingcrossstitch.com. I put simple instructions that I would like the fabric rolled instead of folded because it is difficult if not impossible to get the creases out even after washing and ironing. I received my fabric today and lo & behold the fabric was folded. Basically useless to me. Also the packaging used was a padded envelope and the fabric wasn't protected so it had dirt marks on it. I would not get your cross-stitch supplies from this company. Apparently they can't follow simple instructions and don't care how the customer receives the product. There are better places to get your supplies. I will not be ordering my supplies from them anymore. I ordered the same fabric from Amazon, and it came to me in perfect condition. Take a note everything cross stitch... you are sub par compared to other companies.

Gone from good to bad
I have been ordering from everything cross stitch for years. I just received a pattern that I paid for. The print was so small that it is impossible to read and some of the symbols are hard to even make out what they are. I asked for my money back or a larger print and they told me that I could just enlarge the pattern myself. (Correct me if I am wrong but thought that ordering a pattern from Everything cross stitch I . would receive a pattern that I could read.) Very disappointed to receive a pattern that I cannot even use.
