Everytopbrand Avis

As a reseller, quality items are expected when ordering. Sometimes buying A/B grade, you would expect possibly some odd stain or bobbling etc but the last two orders that I made... I wouldn't even pass them on to a charity shop !! Stains are completely un-removeable, bobbling to the extent of no return (even using a de bobbler). Awful items and will not be using again. This seller also disguises themselves on Ebay under several different trade names.... be careful and mindful when thinking of ordering.

Super service, quality as advertised, or to be honest better!
I had experimented with multiple suppliers, Everytopbrand is the only one that I’ve re ordered from.
Highly recommend!

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Everytopbrand. The items were exactly as described, great quality, and arrived quickly. Communication was smooth and professional throughout. It’s clear they really care about both their stock and their customers. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would recommend them without hesitation.

As a first time buyer I am extremely happy with the quality of the items I’ve ordered I would definitely recommend I made a mix up with my address and within minutes of me sending a email I had a reply and this was corrected I will definitely be ordering again

1st Class Service from this company from beginning to end! As a new customer I was apprehensive at 1st but a chat to the knowledgeable Boss put me at ease and gave me the confidence to purchase. Goods were shipped super quickly and the quality was over and above what I expected. 6 Star service would highly recommend .Just Fabulous 👏

I have tried other wholesalers but they have failed to deliver,Everytopbrand went all out from visiting the warehouse to receiving my order.Stock, delivery time, value for money, all couldn't have been any better.

This is the first time I’ve purchased from Everytopbrand and wow the customer service is second to none. I can’t remember the last time a business owner personally went above and beyond to satisfy a customer.
The products were tailored to preference and are amazing quality.
You usually expect upto 10-15% wastage due to flaws/damaged products sneaking through the picking line but I found 2 items out of around 200+.
I have used other suppliers which are cheaper but ended up with so much wastage. So Everytopbrand will now be my ‘Number 1’ for my products.
I highly recommend and if I could give more that 5stars I would!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at EveryTopBrand, and I must say, their service has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I placed my order, I was impressed by how promptly all my emails and messages were answered. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.

When my order arrived, I was thrilled to see that all the clothes were in perfect condition, just as described. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my choices.

Overall, my experience with EveryTopBrand has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality clothing and exceptional customer service!

Customer service has gone above my expectations. They answered my emails on bank holiday weekends.
The items I’ve received are more than what I expected also. The quality of items is brilliant. You can tell they hand pick the items and check them over before sending. The incentives to order higher values are more than you’d expect with them being technically a freebie. I would recommend purchasing and will be having these as my first choice for purchasing preloved clothing stock.

Charles and Lisa have been amazing from the moment I contacted them. Being new to reselling, I was keen to get advice and they had no issue taking time to give me fab advice. Nothing was too much bother.
I had asked for products I thought would best suit me but they advised that rather than put my eggs all into one basket - I trust them to give me a selection. I am so glad I did. Best advice ever.

I have learned so much already from them but more importantly I feel that I am in safe hands. Having used other wholesalers - Everytopbrand outstrip the others. Communication with others has been next to impossible whereas Everytopbrand get back to you almost instantly even outwith office hours.

Looking forward to a great working relationship.

Look no further if you’re looking for a trusted wholesale supplier.

Excellent communication, super fast delivery and great products!

Really impressed with both customer service and quality products. I’ve been stung in the past so I was hesitant at first but I’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you

Highly recommended. Not only for the quality and service, but Charles is a REAL professional, treats you like a customer and these days, that’s much appreciated and rare. Will definitely come back !

From the first phone call on a Sunday I was impressed with the way that I was able to say what I wanted and was given the pertinent information to help me understand the business. I then had a follow up phone call to ensure that I had purchased the right goods and emails to instruct me of delivery which am within the specified time. The clothes were impeccable, clean and folded. Will definitely be using this service again.

I went to visit EveryTopBrand today for the first time. I initially contacted Charles at around 8:30am and by 9:30am I was drinking tea with him and discussing what I'd like to purchase. Charles gave me some absolutely solid advice (as I'm new to the industry) and shared his knowledge with me. I walked in with no real plan or in depth knowledge (just that I wanted to resell clothing) and I walked away with over 100kg of really good quality clothing and tons of advice what to do with it now that I've got it. I feel like I've known Charles for many years even though I've only known him 6 hours 😅 a true gentleman who doesn't just want to sell you clothing but who wants to help you also! I can see this being the beginning of a really great business relationship! P.s. Thanks for the tea, Charles! 😁

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can't recommend this wholesale company enough! As a returning customer, I've consistently experienced exceptional service. Their team truly goes above and beyond when it comes to helping me select bespoke clothing items that perfectly match my vision. The variety and quality of their offerings are outstanding. What I appreciate the most is their fast delivery; I can always rely on getting my orders promptly, which is crucial for my business. If you're looking for a reliable partner in the wholesale clothing industry, look no further! Highly recommended!

Es hat mir wirklich gut gefallen, dass die Klamotten von guter Qualität waren. Alles was ich bestellt/gekauft habe, entsprach meinem Erwartungen. Das gesamtpacket war gut und Qualifiziert verpackt.
Ich bin zufrieden. Ich empfehle.
Deutschland. Danke für den guten Service.

Every Top Brand is an exceptional second-hand clothing wholesaler with a unique grading system that makes it easy to choose the quality you need, from Grade A to C. What really makes them stand out is the owner, Charles, who has been a pleasure to work with from day one. He goes above and beyond for his customers—he even went out of his way to help us out during an awkward time over the weekend. His dedication and friendly approach have turned him from a business contact into a good friend. If you're looking for a trustworthy and accommodating supplier, I highly recommend Every Top Brand.

I recently purchased some used clothing from here for the first time and the customer service was great, very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the items they sell, I got my clothing within a couple of days and I was really pleased with what I got, definitely recommend this business.

Used every top brand a few times now and the service from Charles and his staff is first class. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting good service and top quality second hand clothing.
