Renewal of my touring caravan insurance was easy and dealt with over the phone. On a plus point the premium was lower than last year.
Very polite and explicit gentleman called to discuss our caravan insurance. He was very thorough in his explanation . Ten out of ten Jamie having worked in insurance for 34 years know what it like.5... Voir plus

Renewal of my touring caravan insurance was easy and dealt with over the phone. On a plus point the premium was lower than last year.
I tried to renew my caravan insurance online however when I clicked to open the attachments, I got a blank screen.
I phoned Every When and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and the insurance was renewed quickly.

The service I received today concerning the renewal of my home insurance, was exceptional, Jamie was caring, patient and very helpful. This made the experience most enjoyable particularly, I was making errors which he accepted with empathy

Looking at the reviews for Everywhen/Towergate it is a notable shift from 4/5 star to one.
Always prompt in contacting us for renewals and payments, now we need to make a claim we have been met with a deafening silence even though the claim is legal and requires prompt attention. Incredibly disappointing - our first claim since insuring with them many years ago and now we find that they do not respond to claims.

You forced me into a more expensive renewal than required last year. And this year you gave me insufficient time to do anything except force me into another renewal although mercifully at a lower rate than last year. Quite frankly, I think I'm more than "done" with everywhen and intend to take my business elsewhere when the next renewal comes up. Absolutely disgraceful

I do not like leaving negative reviews for anything, in fact if I haven't got something nice to say then I keep quiet, however during a cost of living crisis I feel duty bound to raise this concern. In reviewing my house insurance, Everywhen quoted £198 more than I was able to find for a comparable level of cover via USwitch. This needs to be mentioned as, until I did the USwitch search, I was convinced I was being offered very competitive prices.
