I have just recived my first pair of shoes from Eves & Gray and i went for the "Arayan".
Well what can i say a fantastic trainer im very happy with them not only do the look fantastic, the quality is 5 star and they are extreamly comfortable.

Still waiting for my boots, even though my free gift turned up after three days, despite numerous calls and broken promises about delivery times. Absolutely shocking service not sure if this company is just a scam.

Good morning, Apologies for the delay. This is a size 11.5 so can take and extra 2 weeks to make. We are not a scam company however we have had Easter and 3 bank holidays disrupting production times. We are desperately trying to get them completed by the 11th and sent out at a cost of £30 which we cover. On occasion this does happen in our industry so we will also email you to get some extra items sent out as way of compensation. The national and public holidays really do play a big part in this so typically the 4 week lead time is respected. Best Regards E&G Team
Great shoes from a great company
This is my second purchase from E&G and won’t be my last! I bought a pair of boots last year and was incredibly impressed with the quality and attention to detail of the boots along with the high quality packaging and presentation of them.
I ordered a pair of brogues in the sale and received a personal email from Tim, the MD, explaining they were out of stock in my size but suggesting an alternative and offering to price match the sale prixe. I actually now prefer these to the ones I originally ordered! It would have been easy to lose a sale with an out of stock message but I remain a very satisfied customer who will continue to buy from E&G and strongly recommend them to others. Keep up the great work!

From Concept to completion...perfection!
Ever just feel that someone "Just gets it"?
From placing my order(s), to the tracking, customer service, the packaging, the boxes, the protective bags with draw strings, the whole experience from concept to completion is just amazing!
Its not just about the product here, its about the whole package. Do the shoes and boots feel amazing? yes they do!
Do they feel special every time you wear them? yes they do!
Would I recommend them to a friend? In a heartbeat!
Having met Tim now on several occasions in Spain and the UK I can honestly say I don't think I have ever met anyone so passionate about their own business and wanting to provide each and every single customer that personal and individual experience, going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
I recently had a purple lace fray in the middle, today I received a replacement pair of laces in the post, that's customer service!!
Treat yourself, buy another pair, buy your Dad a pair, buy your next door neighbour a pair, embrace the purple!!!!

Unclear and ambiguous returns…
Unclear and ambiguous returns instructions.
Almost as if trying to trick the customer.
No replies to either of the e-mails on the returns form.
Had to ring your London number to get return instructions and even they were unsure.
Finally gave me an address, post code LE13 1FF where the return was delivered at 0834 on 9th Feb.
Now may I have a better response from you?

Hi Stephen, We have searched on your name but can not find your order! We have also checked with our support team who have not had any correspondence to date. Was this ordered under a different name? Our returns are very simple. We exchange full priced items for free but don't cover the cost of exchanging/returning sale items. The boots were very well made and very pleased with them.But Eves&Gray were poor in corresponding with me as they sent boots two wrong address and sayd they wood sort it out but did nothing. They sayd they wood get back two me but did not .
