Website is easy to use. Price was competitive. Advised of day of delivery the day before. Driver polite and filling of tank was quick. Would be good to have delivery time of am or pm.

Awful service all round!
Terrible service. After making many phone calls, none were returned to update me & 2 failed deliveries which were Eveson’s fault oil wasn’t delivered eventually delivered almost a week late & I actually ran out of oil!

And it was all going so well......
Our first delivery date came and went with no delivery and no contact. Rescheduled for 2 days later, and arrived later in the day. Charged a higher price than agreed on the phone when ordering so not too happy about this and have had to challenge it. Not enamoured that the local office (to us) is no longer manned.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the delay with your delivery.
I’ve spoken with the team, who have already looked into this. Sarah tried to call you this morning but wasn’t able to get through. It seems there was a bit of confusion with your order — we quoted for both standard and premium kerosene, and the premium option was selected. Premium kerosene carries a small surcharge, which explains the higher price.
That said, we’ve decided to credit you the difference so that you’ll receive the upgrade to premium kerosene free of charge. Sarah will try to contact you again shortly to confirm.
I hope this resolves the issue, and if you’re happy with the outcome, we’d really appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect our follow-up. Of course, we completely understand if you’d prefer to keep your original rating given the delay.

Poor Service
I ordered express delivery but it took two weeks for Evesons to deliver. We watched two drivers drive onto the property and leave without speaking to us, only to be told that they were unable to deliver. As a result we ran out of oil. I complained but never received a response. Very poor service. I will go elsewhere next time.

Ordered fuel and paid for it but they kept missing delivery dates and were very poor about keeping me informed, as of now they have still not delivered! Will not use them again.

There was an issue with my delivery…
There was an issue with my delivery that was planned for a Sunday, it didn’t arrive so I emailed, I had exceptional customer service from a woman when I rang to query and rearrange.
She sorted a new delivery date very quickly, the driver turned up as planned and my oil tank is now full again.

We realise that because of the special…
We realise that because of the special offer that you advertised all around the area,you were extremely busy.BUT,you were giing us times and dates of delivery,and not delivering.If you were busy,you should have notified us of the delivery date changes immediately.Instead we rang you on three seperate occasins to find why our delivery had not arrived,and only then did you give another time and date that was equally not accurate.We suggest that you get your house in order before we will deal with you again
