Dear Mr Black,

We cannot thank you enough for taking the time to write such a excellent review of your experience with us after being recommended by one of our existing and valued clients.

We were very happy to hear that the installation a new bank of Lithium Ion Solar PV Storage Batteries with a new AC Coupled Inverter to your existing PV Solar Array went quickly and without an issue.

It is always a pleasure to receive such positive comments.

I know that Sam has already expressed his deep gratitude to you directly for these extremely warm comments and we in the team would like to second that.

The products that we select to install are always of the highest quality that we can find (we want them to last as much as you do!) and we are very happy to hear that Sam has exceeded your expectations a sometimes complex industry.

As you know, we have a 'no pressure' sales environment with decades of experience on tap and, as such, we are always happy to share our expertise with any interested parties that might call us.

We hope that you can perhaps pass on the favour by recommending us again to someone when the time comes! Regardless, we are always on hand to assist if you need anything in the meantime.

Thank you again and our best regards to you and the family.

Dear Nigel,

We are extremely happy to receive this 5 Star review and for your Solar PV and Battery Installation. Thank you for taking the time as it is very well received.

You say, that the installation was quick and to our high standards, which is great to hear for us.

We are also glad that all company responses during the process of an installation have been professional and courteous. There are many touch points in an installation that clients will have to pass through before the installation is completed. We keenly want all of these to be excellent and it looks like we have achieved this on this occasion.

We fully understand how difficult it can be to find a good installation company and, as you know, we offer any prospective clients the opportunity to visit our existing installations, meet the team in our unique 'Fareham Showroom' and are always transparent about all operations.

As a professional Electrical Engineer. your review comes with a level of expertise that other clients can trust when they read it. So, we especially thank you for that.

As mentioned before, we are always happy to assist with explaining everything that we have learnt as clearly and professionally as possible. This knowledge base has been gained with the 10,000's of different renewable installations that our team has been involved with over the decades.

We are heavily regulated as an industry as you are aware and we will always work within all governing bodies requirement and above.

We also provide the best and longest lasting protection, in the form of warranties and guarantees, from those bodies and the manufacturers that is available whenever and wherever possible.

We warmly welcome you to contact us again if you need any further assistance and thank you again for the review.

All the best

Thank you so much for your amazing 5 star review and your warm and kind words.

As a small and growing company, reviews like this are so important to us and much appreciated.

During your Daikin Air Source Heat Pump, Large Ground mounted Solar Panels and Battery Installation, to your listed property, we aimed to be professional, polite, tidy, quick and meet or exceed your expectations. From this review, we are glad to see that this has been achieved.

We thank you for being our client and we are very proud to have you in our portfolio. We look forward to many more successful years of working together.

Dear Mr. Pooley,

Thank you kindly for your 5 star review. We appreciated the time that you took to place it.

Yes, we agree. The internet is so often a place where there seems to only be negativity or where people seem to vent their anger about companies. So, it is with great pleasure that we receive this excellent review from you.

We were so gladdened to hear that Solar PV Panel and Battery Installation that we completed for you was completed on time, professionally and with due care and also that the sales process was without any pressure, was professional and informative.

Prices are so transparent in the modern world but receiving great service, product selection and professionalism are some of the hidden value that top line prices just cannot show.

We did install this system without a need for a deposit as you mention and we do this, if needed, as it gives our clients complete peace of mind. We are happy that this helped your decision to choose us.

We are sure that your system has produced a great amount of energy this year and please call us at the end of year one if you would like a free review of the performance, remote health check and a review of your electrical tariffs rates. I am sure that Sam would be happy to assist you again with this.

We have fed back your thoughts to the team.

So, thank you so much and we send our kindest regards to you and the family from all of the team here at Evo Eco Homes.

Dear Jay Hawkins,

Thank you so much for choosing Evo Eco Homes to install a ASHP, Solar PV and Battery System to your Mum's Property in London and for this review too.

It's really super to receive a review like this, Jay. So, we all want to take this opportunity to thank you too for taking the time to write to us.

We sure knew that we could not drop the ball on this one (!) and we knew it was a big decision for you both as well.

We have replaced the gas boiler because, as you know, there is no system better than Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pump and Batteries (especially) when combined. Your Energy Performance Certificate and household emissions are now massively effected in a positive way.

We have fed back your fantastic comments to Sam, Ben and the installation teams.

We aimed to fit all of the technologies within a three day window which we achieved and we know that this system will now serve you really well over the next few decades.

Please rest assured that we are still here to assist you as the years tick by and we will. of course, be with you yearly for your services.

Once again, thank you for all of your kind and warm comments, I am sure that other readers will find them valuable and we wish you both all the very best.

Warm regards from the whole team here to you.

It is heartwarming and motivating for us to see such warm words. So, if you need to expand your system to include Solar PV, Batteries, Car Charging or any other of our innovative technologies then please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Dear Phil,

Thank you kindly for sharing such a heartwarming review about the back up service offered by us here at Evo Eco Homes.

It's a pleasure to see that after your experience with the Stiebel Eltron air source heat pump installation that you chose us again to install a Solar PV and Battery System as the next step for your home.

This will provide cheap/free energy for the heating, hot water and your home to use.

Some control systems for heating systems can be difficult to follow but this has gotten easier since this system was installed. We believe that this is why it is so important to select the correct installation company in the first place.

Although we try to make the installation, consideration and implementation of Air Source Heat Pumps or any renewable technology to be as easy as possible. It is true that these system can be complex in nature and the change from Oil/Gas/Storage can be tricky and each installation is expertly and bespokely designed for you. Much of this is covered by us for you will not need to be too involved unless this is necessary.

Sometimes there are unforeseen challenges can occur but we are prepared for them as you have kindly made testament to in this review. We know that this can be a worrying time for our clients and we will always be here to assist you. We will endeavour to make things right as quickly as possible.

It is not that problems happen it is how we respond that is the point here. Thank you for your kind words on this.

With regards to the Solar Installation then the Batteries had a fault from the manufacturer. There is not much that we can do when we have bought the equipment in advance in good faith.

In this case, we decided with you to change the batteries to a different product. This is because the lead times were not acceptable from the manufacturer from a customer service viewpoint.

This was a very difficult time to source batteries as there was a lack of equipment overall in the country due to the supply chain issues that we were all facing during the pandemic. So, to receive this 5 star review is really significant for us.

As you have recognised above, we are small company that have been trying our best to grow in a difficult, regulated and highly technical environment.

We will not be in a race to the bottom but we are competitive on price and if you plan on installing a system that you will be proud of (as we are) and that actually works then we know that you could do a lot worst then putting us to the top of your list.

We are glad that you are enjoying the systems now that they are up and running and please do rest assured that we will always be here to assist you as we always have been.

We sincerely thank you for this honest and detailed review.

We are glad to have you as our clients and we wish you all the best in the future for you from us all here at Evo Eco Homes.

We are glad that you managed to overcome your initial apprehension and we are very happy to see that you are too!

As mentioned before, in other responses, we specialise in the more challenging installation as a company. So, a couple of hundred years is normally not a problem for us!

We are really glad that the installation team kept our high standards up and that the new heating system is working well after all these years.

We will continue to support you and we happy that our German made Stiebel Eltron air source heat pump installation will provide many decades of successful service to your home.

Your compliments are warmly received and we look forward to supporting you for the life time of the system.

Best regards to you and the family from us all here.

Dear Mr. Jenkins,

Thank you so much for your 5 star review of our installation from 2019. We are very happy to receive it!

This Cascaded Nibe Air Source Heat Pump installation into your large Grade II Listed Elizabethan cottage (nearly 500 Years old) has now seen four extremely cold winters and it is great to hear that the installation team and the final product has exceeded your expectations during this time.

From time to time, teething issues will occur but it is how we address them that is always the answer. So, I am glad to hear that these issues have now been ironed out successfully.

I know that we have installed a Solar PV, Batteries and a Car Charging Unit for you also since this installation has been completed. You have also recommended us to quite a few others. We want to thank you for your continued support for us over the years. It really means a lot and we have been delighted to have you as our clients.

We are sure that you will have many years of cheap, reliable energy, hot water, car mileage and heating from the investments that you have made.

You will have removed a lot of emissions as well and for this we salute you.

We will always assist you as the years progress, as you already know, and we appreciate the support that you have again shown us as a company here.

Thanks so much from the whole team and best wishes to you and the family in the future.

Dear Mr F.

Thank you for your kind 5 Star review of our Air Source Heat Pump Installation services here at Evo Eco Homes and for the warm words.

The Installation times with us are very quick when compared with the industry standards as we are often fitting in 2/3 days even with the more complex homes and workplaces.

We are glad that the disruption was less than expected. We find that it really is much less of inconvenience than most people initially expect with no redecoration needed in almost all examples.

We have shared your comments with the team and we look forward to seeing you on the next service.

Kindest Regards to you and the family.

Dear Mr. Buckley,

Thank you so much for this 5 Star Review of an Air Source Heat Pump that was actually installed way back in 2019!

This review was very kindly received and having feedback like this is such a motivating factor for our team. It is much appreciated.

You have now had the experience of a many a cold winter since 2019 and we are happy to see that the Nibe Air Source Heat Pump Installation is still going strong.

There seems to be a lot of negative press at the moment that older houses are not suitable for an Air Source Heat Pump but we are happy to prove here that this is not really the case!

We look forward to seeing you on your next service and thank again for your kind words.

Best Wishes to you and the family from us all here at Evolution Eco Homes.
